This is a rather insightful comment.......and a very strong possibility......that would be sad though as cheating out Maly for big damage is a really fun playstyle.
I was going to say because a goblin is piloting it and it is a vehicle but that doesn't explain piloted shredder being a mech......more Blizz inconsistency I guess........
I would wait till expansion drops as everything can change between then and now. If you have the dust though I would aim for Valeera, as the general quality of random shaman spells is pretty low. Valeera will probably be strong as miracle seems to be getting some support with this exp.
Like most have said it's part of playing a "freemium" game.....and this one is better than most, many people play f2p and are able to be at least semi-competitive, and at the end of the day $80 is a lot but not a bank breaker. Most games you purchase for $60 Will require you to invest another 15-40 within the first 6-months of release for an expansion. No one is forcing you to purchase the mega bundle, it's available for people who would like to spend money on buying the pre-release. I get the worry of increasing prices but if people boycott or everyone opts to not purchase cards then HS will cease to exist. The money we spend on the game goes to further develop the game and provide us with new and exciting content.....and unfortunately the prices for everything go up over time, no way to avoid it.
I am kind of interested in expanding on this topic, what is the point of Hagatha in shudderwock? At the sets release I tried it a few times but always found my shudderwock getting killed by Hagatha's aoe instead of getting endless Shudderwock. Is there a secret to making the two of them work together
We do havr recourse though and if falls in line with capitalistic ideals, they want to treat us like children well the children can bite back, boycott Blizzard or Hearthstone specifically. We may not be able to argue our point directly with the developers but if we hit them in the wallet and mess up their bottom line they will begin to listen. They want to cater to the pros of HS and ignore the masses well then let's see how much money they make when the handful of pros are the only ones playing or purchasing packs......personally I have been cutting down my overall play time and refuse to put another dollar into this game. With any luck I will be done with HS before the next expansion.
Complaining will accomplish little as you can tell from Blizz's response if you want real change you have to go about it in the correct way.
Never said it was a good business scheme, but many companies are guilty of this at release, release of new content, and during major updates. I get the whole "to err is human" thing and that perfect balance is hard to achieve but come on sometimes these things are obvious. Not to mention if you have a small pool of testers then maybe it's time to increase their numbers to catch these pervasuve cards anf combos. I also have to respectfully disagree, imo high level legend players and professionals want perfect balance the general casual player just wants a deck that they can climb quickly with (i.e. a broken deck with limited counters or broken cards/combos that give it a higher winrate). Dont forget the opinions on this forum don't represent the beliefs of the entire player base for this game. = )
If it worked properly on release people wouldn't be as hyped for the new card and spend dust on crafting or money on packs. It's a business scheme, a lot of these broken cards are obvious and you can't tell me they don't come across these op combos during the test phase. It happens every patch if everything is balanced then they don't make as much money.
I think it has some potential but might not find its way into competitive Hearthstone. Even if the minimal weapon cost is 4 (Blood Razor, it is a cheaper flamestrike which is obviously good (since you do not run ice blocks that can diminish the effect). I think this card is fine, but I am not sure if Tempo warrior of this generation will be a thing. We shall see.
It deals damage based on weapons attack not cost.....so it is actually worse than you are giving it credit for

I actually appreciate when they concede before the final blow, saves me a few seconds and prevents any chance of a mistake costing me a guaranteed win
