So I got some quests to do and decide to go with Burgle Rogue and this jankie Paladin deck that is built around secrets and Prince Liam.
I win some, even with the Paladin deck, and lose some. But I noticed, at Rank 16 on the last day of the season, that every single one of them was using the exact same deck. Midrange Hunter, with Scavenging Hyena and the like. I had to check a couple of times because I thought I had been put up against the same person, but no.
I don't really know what I'm trying to say with this post. Except this, there are other classes. There are several hundred cards. Could one of them please use some shred of original thought.
I'm stuck on the Myra Rotspring, use two leper gnomes lethal puzzel. It can be done, I just have to get 4 mana out of 3 mana. Oh wait, I'm not a druid.
I'm doing the divine shield quest so I'm not playing to win, but I get a quest rogue as my first opponent and I'm already fed up with the game. There is something wrong when the first five minutes convince you not to play and it's not me.
I hear you. I made the mistake of playing the brawl, and then kept making mistakes. Bad deck, badly played.
But even if I hadn't, I stood no chance against aggro pally and burn mage. The latter even bm'ed me by giving me an extra turn when they had lethal in hand.
I'm done with hearthstone. It can go die in a fire, set by mages.
From my pre-purchase, log-in, and tavern brawl awards (57 packs):
Epics: 10
Legendaries: Val'anyr, Temporus (first pack, meh), King Togwaggle, golden Rhok'delar, Geosculptor Yip.
I also had 7k gold to spend, that got me:
Epics: 13
Legendaries: Woecleaver, Twig of the World Tree, Dragoncaller Alanna.
I'm not happy. Especially galling that I got more legendaries and nearly as many epics out of 57 packs as I did out of 70. And most of them are not the ones I wanted to try out. It's just so dumb that even with a significant investment of time and money, you end up not playing what you want because you miss that epic card. They really need to make those things cheaper, it is ridiculous that disenchanting a legendary only gives you enough to make one epic.
Can't even disenchant Rhok'delar, because after rotation spell hunter might be great. Unlikely, but it can happen.
Ignore the text for a moment, this is a 4 mana 3/6. That's a real good body for that amount of mana and it's neutral. You'll be seeing this all over in arena. As for constructed, will depend on the decks coming out. Might be useful against a burn mage, it's the same as healing for 6.

Except when you talk about crafting cards before opening even a single pack, that is objectively not best.

I just realized, there's no zero cost neutral minions in this expansion and only 2 1-cost.

The card does say, cast a spell, so no more than 1 per turn.

Apparently it's modeled after the Dalaran fountain. Why that looks like a kobold, I got no clue.

At least I got more than 1 pack. But man, the guy caught cheating ends up winning the tournament. I guess breaking the rules pays off.

The "it" in the card text refers to the hero, not the minion. But yeah, poor wording.

I'm sure there is a solution, but I can't see it.

Rank 25, Wild, no stars.

As far as I can tell, Hal'vixx is an automatic loss.
And just when I needed one more win. Yeah, not enjoying this a lot but I have to play it to clear my quest log.

Got myself a golden Reckless Flurry, exactly the card I wanted.

It works, but it does take longer to load then to play.
