user-100026974 posted a message on Make the Opponent Draw 24 Cards!Posted in: Make the Opponent Draw 24 Cards! This is actually the crappiest meme deck i've ever played. it LOOKS incredible in the video, until you play for nearly 2 hours and haven't drawn the combo AT ALL! I have had all the ingredients 4 times, been waiting on Cho and drawn Octo EVERY time. What a waste of 3200 dust. I had so much faith... -__-

Edit: After more than 2 hours of trying i've won one without drawing the complete combo... Fun but very painful to use :D

Warrada posted a message on Crusher Silent Priest (Updated Using HSReplay)Posted in: Crusher Silent Priest (Updated Using HSReplay)The thing with priest nowadays is that it is very hard to make different archetypes work, other than Galakrond where you generate random cards to fill your hand, but if wanna try other strategies, like silence, aggro, or combo, priest doesn't offer ways to cycle through your deck to make new estrategies work. It really shuts down creativity with the class. I think it was a really stupid idea to move Northshire Cleric do Wild.

Ubaminotaur posted a message on Crusher Silent Priest (Updated Using HSReplay)Posted in: Crusher Silent Priest (Updated Using HSReplay)Its a fun deck but no good for ladder. On casual play I was 8W-1L on ladder it was reversed. If you dont get the perfect start you are left with too many spells or the opponent has caught up and has too much removal. Once they start putting big minions down you struggle to play to the decks strengths. You also lack card draw as mentioned, not sure how you would fix it.
Update - now at 17w - 32L, most of these on ladder. The deck has potential but it needs a big rework on card draw.

Drageren posted a message on Is the priest became an obnoxious class?Posted in: General DiscussionI don't know about how bad playing vs priest, it's completly your opinion, but about balance, priest has 1 tier 3 deck, other are tier 4. And if blizz not nerfed dh, rogue and hunt yesterday, he would be worse and acompany to pal and sham soon. Still, very weak, problem with priest is the same - no win condition, i don t know, how blizzard can print a lot of new cards, reworking class, but still not printing win condition for the priest in base kit. Only shadowripper anduin with raza has win condition and they are in wild. Yes, inner fire combo a thing, but it's weak now.

Frustrating to play against? Maybe.
Strong? Absolutely not.

Jennifer posted a message on Looking for some good changes to my N'Zoth priest deckPosted in: PriestI don't think priest quest is good for highlander decks, except maybe in wild where there are many good deathrattle minions. The combination forces you to run bad minions such as polluted hoarder and infested turen. Since you run so many elemental, I'd definitely add servant.

A look at some statistics based on thousands of games: http://metastats.net/
Basically, when used by a skilled player, it's the most rewarding deck. It's not a deck that anyone can play. On the other hand, the best deck in terms of being overpowered while being low-skilled is Tempo Rogue.

there is no replacement for it. It increases your winrate with this deck significantly. If you barnes it out or get it from shadow essence, you are heavily favored to win. I'm 45-24 (65%) right now playing this at Legend.

Just got legend with this deck. Only made 1 change. -1 Holy Smite, +1 Silence (so yea, my version has 2x silence lul)

I got to legend with priest the past 3 seasons, and have over 6k games played with the class. I plan on making a thread discussing the new cards once all of them are revealed. So far, most of them look really underwhelming..

There was a reset of the pity timer sometime after the "Choose your champion" event. It's discussed on reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/6offjb/did_the_choose_your_champion_promo_reset_the_pity/

I play a lot of dragon priest every season and try to change things around to see what gives me the best winrate. I actually removed Elise to put in Holy Nova, which comes in handy more often than Elise. If you want to add Elise, I would replace a netherspite historian for it.
3
Yes. It mostly depends on how good you are. I made legend last season with a dragon deck that ran Elise instead of Lyra. You can check out the deck in my profile.
3
Lyra can get you out of some tough situations. Against mage, it can give you extra heals. Against shaman you can get more dragonfire potions from lyra. You can replace with Elise, but your winrate won't be as good as having Lyra.
2
You're gonna struggle against murloc paladin and probably a few other decks. Your winrate against shaman will also decrease. Just try to replace it with another AOE or some early minion or spell that will keep you alive.. doomsayer/taunt/holy nova/etc.

yea let me know how the deck does for you on EU, would be interesting to see considering EU's meta is prolly a bit different
