Blizzard continuing to print neutral cards like Sharkfin Fan is so bad for arena. It has no effect on constructed, but the fact that the card is 100x better in rogue than any other class (and downright awful in any class with no weapons) makes it an unfair arena card.
This would be true even without the bucket system, but that makes it even worse because how bad it is in other classes will cause it to be in lower buckets for rogue too, despite it being a great card for them. This should just be a rogue class card. Rogue is already the best class in arena and it doesn't need more cards like this making the balance even worse.
