Yeah I've been there as Priest vs. Handlock.
After a long ass game, he finally has me staring down lethal on his side of the board - he's on 14 Health with both his moltens in play and it's looking real grim for me - the only topdeck that can save me is a Holy Smite to go with the Velen+Mind Blast I've been saving almost all game.
To my disappointment I draw a Circle of Healing instead. Realizing that there's no way to come back from the spot I'm in, I figure I might aswell go out with some fireworks, so I proceed to give him a Well Played, drop Velen, Mind Blast his face - and as I was just about to throw the Circle out there for some pointless fireworks, the guy instantly conceded.
Now I actually said Well Played as I knew I had lost, and it had been a good game - too bad for him being impatient and jumping to conclusions about a hand he hasn't seen. The morale is, never surrender.

Whoever is in possession of it cannot attack with it. It can be attacked, however.
