Don't you think that Hearthstone lost its identity with all those powerful neutral cards? I mean every aggro/midrange deck has the pirate package, Cobalt Scalebane, Corridor Creeper and Bonemare and sometimes Tar Creeper. Back in the day only Zoo (warlock) was a mix of neutral minions and that's why it was called Zoo, from a MTG tournament deck that was famous exactly for running a lot of different high-power/low-mana creatures. Right now basically every aggro/midrange deck is a Zoo, even hunter is running Southsea Captain even tho it's the class with the best 3-mana package in the game with Eaglehorn Bow, Animal Companion, Kill Command and Unleash the Hounds. I know that a lot of people care more about having fun playing the game but I'm losing interest on playing ladder because its lack of diversity and basically if you wanna experiment a new aggro/midrange deck you basically have to play the neutral package, which in my opinion sucks. I mean, back in the day when Piloted Shredder was on standard almost every class was running it, right now we have a piloted package, what's the reason of having 9 classes?
Worst case scenario is a 5 mana deal 2 damage... a little bit worse than Consecration and Holy Nova. If you roll a secret you'll have an Excavated Evil. This card is super solid, even if you play a big mage with Frostbolt and Primordial Glyph
You can use Kel Thuzad with a taunt too but i feel it's like cheating, but yeah generally the strategy for warrior is to abuse phase 2 and put the lich king behind on the fatigue battle
Murlocs are pretty budget. You win almost all the encounters with em. Priest is a free win, i used a deck without epics and legendaries. Druid is a free win too, just use jades or a ramp deck (if you dont have epic and legendaries use Ironbarks). Paladin, Rogue, Warlock and Shaman can be beated pretty easily with a murloc deck. Molten Giant(i know it's an epic) Helps a lot in Mage Hunter and Warlock encounters. But anyways, I agree with you, Arthas is not a budget hero, but at least is not a 10$ hero and you can try to obtain him without spending money. It's only day 1 of the encounter by the way, maybe in the next few days someone will figure out cheap decks for Mage and Warrior, which are the toughest encounters. I made a guide for warrior but you need 2 legendaries and some epics. For mage i think the death knight card is a must, but at least the other 7 encounters are free wins even for new players.
I guess if you have 2xShadowstep and 2xSwashburglar in the opening hand it's the dream... turn 2 you have 2 5/5 on the board and you have 4 class cards from your enemy's class in your hand
i think that's hard to evaluate the nerf because the keeper was actually very flexible and also pretty good against aggro, expecially zoo when you can potentially kill three 3/2 bodies, for example 2xFlame Imp and a Knife Juggler. Now we don't know how aggro decks will be, but i think that 2/2 it's probably too much, 3/2 at least can let you clear something like the Tunnel Trogg
Last week were revealed 1 legendary, 3 epics and 1 rare. I have a feeling that this week will be the same, we had 3 epics and a rare. I also think that Kranich will reveal Cho' Gall as the warlock legendary. I'm curious for the last one, if what i feel is true obviously. Any idea?

Even if you recruit Ysera you don't get the card cause the end of the turn will trigger

Like if the effect was recruit 2 4-drops it would've been worth it. But 4 or less it's miserable
