It's beyond "strong" right now. I don't hate strong decks: Jade Druid is fine and always was, it has its weakness; Exodia Mage is exactly the same case; Token Druid or Aggro Shaman, to mention a couple of "dominant" decks, have also their flaws.
On the other side, Machinegun Priest (sorry, I can't stand any other name) hasn't any. While mantaing an oppressive control on the board, it can output shittons of damage ANYWHERE. Even aggro decks will struggle against it, being their main antagonist. And, again, they give it more OP cards in this expansion. No wonder Priest (mainly THIS one) is top on the Tier 1. And will be for the next MONTHS.
Too greedy? So you want him to swap the golems for brewmasters, when they are the definition of greediness.
No. You want to be consistent and control the board, and dropping on of the strongest 2-drop in Standard right now is a great solution against aggro and keeps giving pressure to control matchups. Brewmaster would be useless in most cases.

You, Sir, didn't get the point. Sad.

Look at the Windfury tooltip in your own post: "Twice in A TURN".

Being F2P, I have like 3k gold and 2k dust waiting for Un'Goro, not counting Sylvanas and Ragnaros dust. Low chances? LOL?

Exactly like you said: It's exactly the Reno Jackson mechanic.
EDIT: Also, I think they've changed the wording AGAIN for the SAME mechanic. Tsk-tsk, Blizzard...

Just another retard "like-pluhease" no-guide guide.
It's becoming hilarious.
