Yes, Reno decks do require some practice, since they are less consistent. I have been playing Renolock for a while now, with a ~65% WR across the last couple hundred games. It has gotten slightly better since the recent nerfs, but I haven't been playing a lot lately.
Concerning aggro: besides the suggested mulligan options, you do have to change your playstyle quite a bit. Every card becomes a tool to help you get to the late game and Voidlord/Mal'Ganis/Bloodreaver. So you should play a tempo Brann if needed, or a sub-optimal Reno, or pick a cheap potion from Kazakus to get a clear. Dirty Rat can be dropped early against many aggro decks as well (except Even Shaman). And Zola should also be used liberally.
Win condition: against aggro, it's just getting to the late game. Against control, your big Bloodreaver/N'Zoth turns might not do the trick. You should really aim for a fatigue victory against heavy control decks, with the Gnomeferatu combo, sometimes a little help from the Geist, and tapping minimally.
Bwonsamdi, the Dead synergizes with Spirit of the Dead. The idea is to play big/valuable minions, and get them to die with a Spirit of the Dead in play whenever possible. Then you can draw them from your deck with Bwonsamdi, the Dead.
I'd advise you to install Inkeeper and make your card collection public. That way we could better help you with deck building.

I'll probably add it. Maybe in place of Sense Demons, but waiting for card reveals first to see what else I'd have to change.

I'll try to. Waiting for card reveals before making more edits.

I really enjoy this archetype. Not sure if it performs better at all, but I have fun with the Arch-Villain Rafaam + Hakkar, the Soulflayer variation.

First, they came for Jaina...
I'm 100% done with the game. Uninstalled from everything.

Her iconic thighs are covered. 0/10.

I have been hoping for a High Inquisitor Whitemane card for a while. While I like the effect... WHY ARE HER THIGHS COVERED?

...achieved a 40 Health Jaraxxus
Good times.

I believe it's for the Boom Bots.

I still wanna check the golden animations, but I'll 100% craft Blastmaster Boom in gold, and likely Fel Lord Betrug as well.

Maybe Lesser Mithril Spellstone so the Summoners will be more consistent, and Supercollider to help upgrading them?
