Not only what was mentioned above but the community is so much better. It's all adults, and the maturity difference really shows. For some odd reason it seems to have a huge female playerbase, and all are very attractive. I have only been playing for just a few hours, but I already met my wife. I also since joining have received a promotion at my job, and lost 15lbs
Graphics, gameplay, developers, playerbase, money, power, women. You get it all. Come to TESL

So after about a month playing TESL, and years of playing Hearthstone.....I feel a thread like this is mandatory. This game is incredible for how early it's been out for a ccg, and I'll explain why I think so, and why in relation to Hearthstone this is a far better game.
I dont even mind the butthurt comments who disagree with me I know they're coming as this is a pro-hearthstone group. I still like hearthstone, it just doesn't compare to this game and I dont see myself playing hearthstone anymore because of it.
You actually get rewarded for your play in this game. Every 3 wins you'll get some rewards. Even in Practice mode playing AI you can farm soul gems, which is like dust in HS.. You'll get 15 for every win. IMO so far from what I've experienced in this game you really don't need to spend any money at all.... everything is grindable in a relatively fair amount of time. Arena rewards are far better than HS imo. I remember my first solo arena in this game went 9-1 and got a legendary as a reward amongst other things. Havent spent a dime in this game and have top tier decks already with most top tier cards in the game all thru grinding arena... Another month I should have every card in the game, all f2p. Also crafting legendaries much cheaper in this game, cost 1200 as opposed to HS's 1600. This game is just cheaper and much more rewarding than HS
More classes to play and balanced. With 5 archetypes in the game, you can have up to 15 class deck combinations. There is no one deck in the game right now that just steam rolls everything else, and it will never be like that. The company will always listen to their fans and give that into consideration before their own interests, and it shows. Opposite of Blizzard imo. Couple weeks ago they nerfed a card and gave the community a detailed explanation on why they thought it was necessary to do so. They are very interactive with customer base.
More viable decks to play on ladder. You aren't going to be running into the same decks over and over, theres so many different decks that can be played ppl are always inventing new things you can do as this game is still in open beta. Last look at Metasnapshot there was like 4 top tier decks, like 10 tier 2 decks, etc and while watching streams no one was using them haha. People are just creating awesome decks right now and its an exciting time
Ladder structure is much better. If you're at legend after the month is over you only start again at rank 5 for the next month, so way less of a grind. When you get to a rank in ladder, you dont lose ranks... can only go up. Until you get to legend of course then it works much like HS.
Cleaner, more mature card graphics. This might not matter to a lot of people, and some may disagree that this is relevant at all, but presentation matters a little bit to me as I'll be staring at that screen for hours a day. IMO the graphics on cards and interface just look more cleaner.... and not as cartoony. Effects sounds are better too IMO.
Higher skill cap. With the added mechanic of a secondary "shadow" lane as well as the rune system, whether to hit face, pass on early/late turns, turn set up, lethal setup etc everything is relevant from turn 1. Hearthstone planning and ingame strategy is child's play compared to the amount of things you need to consider in TESL. Was just playing a legend tier game and I passed a couple times turn 12 playing out his last proc goldband holding mantikoras lol and still trying to figure out what he was playing against me while he just didnt wanna hit me face to give me more cards obviously. You guys try passing end game turns in hearthstone and see what happens. See in this game, you are rewarded for clever play like your playing cards in real life, not just turn go turn go. And you're never really 100% out of the game if opponent has lethal on their turn as you can catch some prophecy cards to play while on his turn to stop them. You're never really out until you really are, fast concedes happen much less often in this game than HS
Tip of the iceberg on why I think the game is just generally better than Hearthstone overall I dont want to keep typing. Of course this is all my opinion, and to each their own. I speak as an ex legend hs player with 2 years in the game. But if you talk shit about the game without even really playing it then your opinion is equivalent to that of shit in a paper bag. And this game just came out.. it's only going to get better. Kripp has already quoted that the game is coming out for devices phones tablets etc like hearthstone did. My honest prediction as since this game has a higher skill cap and better mechanics than ccg hearthstone, it will be the new gold standard of digital card games. Just wait and see. This game is already starting to blow up, and when it comes on devices... damn get ready.

Mage freeze and tempo are both favored against this deck. Control war is also favored against this deck. These are facts not opinion.

Honestly, don't even play dragon priest if you dont have ysera in your deck.

Buy Classic packs. You dont have enough tier 1 of anything to be relevant at high ranks in ladder regardless of what this expansion is going to release. And to whoever said to buy GvG as it provides most value is obviously a crack head of some sort. Buy Classic packs you still need to catch up in this game.

^How to be butthurt calling out someone for stating facts that completely ruin my made up delusions of this game 101

They have too much money not to be a 24/7 company imo. They can afford to pay every single one of their employees 100k an hour lol why not have graveyard shifts so company can run 24/7 ? To me its stupid not to do with the ridiculous amount of money Blizzard has. But to each their own
