Great guide! Thanks for putting it together. Also, I wanted to point out, as a fellow Wickerflame Burnbristle owner, that he heals you regardless if he goes face. Any damage he deals will heal your hero including being attacked by the enemy hero or any enemy minion as well as damage dealt on your turn.
Don't want to seem like i'm bragging here, but both normal and heroic seemed fine to me. Did them both on the first try. Maybe I got a super lucky draw?
Samesies. First try on heroic. Shamefully, I actually lost normal the first time.
I can't wait to try this! I had the same idea about Eerie Statue being great for handlock when it was revealed at Blizzcon, but I didn't think about how good Brann Bronzebeard would be for it. I've been wanting to get into handlock and these two LoE cards make it way more accessible. Thanks for the theorycraft!
Congratulations. After an hour of play, I've cleared normal, both class challenges, and finally downed the Heroic Temple Escape which was extremely fun. Haven't tried the other heroics yet.
I wonder whether or not the Deathrattlewould trigger the Battlecry for demons like Succubus or Doomguard and whether it would work with Lord Jaraxxus. That would make a 4 cost 3/4 extremely risky to play which seems like it would have a difficult time making its way into the meta. There would be a lot more worthwhile 4 drops to be able to safely plan around, but I can totally see this being legit since it fits the theme of the Warlock class cards having chaotic elements that can either be extremely in your favor or totally detrimental to you.
Gladiator's Longbow I still don't know why ranged weapons work the same way as melee weapons (takes damage when hitting a minion) so I think make this longbow 6-cost would be great.
I'd like to see more diversity in these suggested changes than just lowering the mana cost of cards. There's some pretty solid ideas in this thread and I've quoted my favorite one, but I can't imagine that lowering mana cost is the only thing that will make them better.
You have a really great idea that it doesn't make much sense for the Hunter who is attacking with a ranged weapon to take damage. I think that's the solid idea behind Gladiator's Longbow. If this same concept applied to Eaglehorn Bow, this card would be severely overpowered with its mana cost and durability increase when any secret revealed. An interesting change to incorporate the immunity while attacking would be to change the triggering secret to either your own secrets or only your opponent's secrets and perhaps adjust the attack accordingly, likely lowering it to bring it in line with its mana cost. The text on this card would begin to become a bit cluttered and I'm more in favor of simplified text.
I personally don't really have any issues with Eaglehorn Bow, but I think the theme behind Gladiator's Longbow is VERY suiting and that doesn't mean it necessarily needs to apply to all of their weapons.
That deck has a lot of low value cards. I'd suggest removing:
Elven Archer
Stonetusk Boar
Goldshire Footman
Frostwolf Grunt
Healing Touch
Those cards are essentially what is making you lose. They don't promote a good playstyle. I assume you are used to trading a couple of your cards for one of theirs because of these cards. You shouldn't be doing that.
Look for good trades. Don't sac all your minions just to kill one of theirs.
My suggestion is to add some better minions and a beefy minion or two. Here is a list of good F2P minions:
Shattered Sun Cleric
Sen'jin Shieldmasta
Acidic Swamp Ooze
Chillwind Yeti
Boulderfist Ogre
There are others, but these are really good if you don't have any cards available to you.

I go with Warlock as it synergizes with aggro/zoo decks very well.

Hahaha! Yes, that probably makes more sense than what I heard, but I couldn't tell with Blizzard's awesome humor. Thanks!

My guess after watching it multiple times:
We're the league
Explorer's League
And we are a league of explorers
Adventure we seek
Cross land and sea
Won't you come and join us

What the title says, I wanted to know if anyone could make out the lyrics from the cinematic reveal... Thanks!

I'd like a no legendaries casual play. Imagine playing a game without rag, bloodmage, or leeroy.

It would look something like this: http://tinyurl.com/EagleHornBow2

This is a very fun deck to play. I'm recording my personal stats with the deck and I'll report back.
