I climbed with aggro paladin to legend last season and I gotta say Argent Squire is pretty good. My version was more buff heavy, running 2x Blessing of Kings and 2x Spikeridged Steed so I obviously don't have to tell you how sick it is to have a 5/5 right after they use a Dragonfire Potion or Duskbreaker. A card I did cut though was Acherus Veteran. Pulled from Call to Arms its a vanilla 2/1. Played seperately it's effect was mediocre at best. I instead added 1xGravelsnout Knight and a second Stonehill Defender. I honestly never found myself missing it either.

gravelsnout I think was created purposely for call to arms.
Getting a free 2/3 was always pretty sick. Only once did my knight mess up my game, played turn one it summoned a copy of itself for my opponent. It definitely won me more games than it lost me :)

This card is insane! I love it. It works in so many different ways, I would go as far as to say in any priest deck not looking to tempo out this is going to be one of the best cards.

Those figures don't even put you close to getting an entire expansion, but in your own words there are 3 per year. Even going by your logic, it would take an entire year for a player to get all the cards of a set, by which time they are no longer any good.

And why would people have entire set for free?
Also 125 packs = 6 legendaries on average + 1 free + 1 from ranked dust + 1 from brawls (well close to one on avg, 17.2 packs on brawls) + 1 from all the duplicates and golden cards you dusted. All commons, all (or very close to all) rares, all useful epics, 9+ legendaries couple of which were of choice.
More than enough for F2P to have quite a few different top tier decks easily, let alone for those that are good at Arena or play Hearthstone a lot more. And again, why should people have entire set completely free?
You're entire argument was based around how it's not so difficult for F2P players to get cards if they work at it, so bringing up why they should get it free for free kinda shoots your own arguement in the knee. I spend most of my time studying (Bar times like now when there's a new expansion coming out) so in reality completing my quests once or twice a week is an accomplishment, I have no time to grind out 30 wins alongside that. 6 Legendaries does not mean 6 competitive cards. In reality it could mean possibly 1 and a half to 2 good legendaries, after you've dusted the bad ones. Again random free legendary could be 400 dust. There are many classic legendaries and I could count on 1 hand the amount that see competitive play, so once again, 400 dust.
To conclude, no one said we should have it all for free, and we know we have to work to get it. I for one am one of those F2P players, and I don't expect the grind to be easy. Still, did you really need to make a thread to get your point across in such an abrasive manner?

I can see this being fairly good, not insane though. In arena I mean, this isnt broken enough for constructed. But in all likelihood this will be a 3 Mana 5/5 a good amount of the time, so pretty good.

Mage can just replace the weapon with Medivh. Quite a few burn lists already included Atiesh. It's unlikely you'll burn too many cards. It's not as bad as it seems at first.

    Until Karazhan rotates out...

I thought about that, but they are both legendary cards. You can't count on having both in your hand, and it's game losing if you're milling yourself and you mill Medivh. Plus Medivh is a pretty good card by itself.  You're pretty likely to play it before the weapon if you find it first, and then the weapon is almost a dead draw.
One other quick point I just thought of. You run cards like Firelands and Flamestrike in a deck with Medivh, but they are much too highly costed to go in a deck with the weapon. You're cutting you're Medivh value to 4 or maybe 5 mana cards to run your 1 weapon, which you can't even rely on finding every game.

Not bad if you're running bigger minions with the intention to value trade. I can see some experimentation happening with this card in Dragon Priest.

Definitely Mage Imo, the only scenario it's good is in an aggro mage list that caps out at this card that finishes with burn spells, otherwise you're just gonna mill. Can't be run in freeze or quest, possibly in tempo but it's a very low tempo card. If aggro burn mage becomes a thing this will be good, but I can't see it happening.

posted a message on Golden heroes playing netdecks!

Just because someone has a gold portrait doesnt mean they are better. I have a golden priest, but that doesnt mean that I'm a million times better than anyone else without it, just that I enjoy the class and spend time playing it.

Edit: I'm also a free to play player and dont have half the priest legendaries, unlike many none gold players who probably do.

Paladin has some of the best four drops in the game, but ignoring that what are you bringing out with it? The 1-1 hand buff one could come out no matter how big you make it.
