    Featuring Hemet, Jungle HunterRaza the ChainedShadowreaper AnduinArchbishop Benedictus
    These cards - played in that order, is allowed in most games due to the huge draw machine of priest. If i draw Hemet, i almost always win. The games where he is hiding, i often win with the classick inner fire combo :)

    Its a different twist on the Shadowreaper shotgun priest. The Hemet and Benedictus is really strong. 

    And as you are looking for different and fun decks, this way of killing your opponent with his own deck, is just awesome!

    This deck got me to rank 10, were im starting to meet at bit of resistance, but before that i had a 65% Win rate :)

    This deck has been dead for a while now, since fatique as a win condition was removed with the introduction of Jades. But with The next expansion allowing warriors to shuffle their hand into their deck, we can play along with this style of gameplan. 
    I can see this deck coming back to life, it just need some tweaking, i will pick it op whenthe next expansion arrived next week. See you on the wild side!

     Agree on the Boogiemonster, its boring and bad.
    Noggenfogger is a completely diffent kind of minion. It goes into my wall of fame like Lorewalker Cho, Iron Juggernaut, Major Dormu and cards like these. Cards that when i first see them i want them. I want to test them and build a deck arround them
     Yes they are filler cards mostly if you think every non competitive card is a filler. But im hoping soo much that whatever filler card they print, will be fun and interesting

    I play both. They are very different, and i like the creativity part of building a deck with old cards. I have been experimenting with Iron Juggernaut since gvg. 

    It has sort of become this "old car" project. Some day it might work you know? I love tingering with cards that may some day have potential, and that is what wild offers me. It also serves as a break when the meta in standard grows stale.

    I will always play both types, as they serve two very different goals for me. The competitive (standard) and the fun (wild).

    As many people before me has suggested safe points on the ladder would be a great addition.

    I do not think there should be a safe point for every 5 ranks, but maybe put a safe point at rank 10.
    a new player that gets a couple of lucky matches and gets stuck at rank 15, with no way to go back to 16 is not ideal, but i feel rank 10 is a good spot, where people do need some kind of skill to get to.

    Personally i get to rank 7-8 every season, and it would just be great to have a cap at 10, because it is so frustrating to try to adjust to new decks at rank 7, just to be kicked back to rank 13+.

    After rank 10, it would be awesome with another safe spot at rank 5. Because i believe it is juat as frustrating to be kicked from rank 1 to 7 due to bad matchups and bad luck. 

    A safe spot at rank 5 would also make me more eager to do the grind towards legend. because if i already am at rank 7, it would only be 2 ranks and then i would be safe, and then another 5 ranks..

    If there would be a safe spot at every 5 ranks, i think there should also be the possiblity to unlock it, say im at 15, and want to return to 16, because i dont feel comfortable being stuck at that rank, and i cant win a single game.

    In my opinion, the set i fairly balanced. The meta is somewhat healthy, and i think the game is at a good spot right now. I like the direction devs have been moving towards, because less power creep is healthy for the game.

    To sum up, this expansion has been a SAFE expansion. 

    Now what i look forward to in almost every expansion is experiments.
    Experimentation is something that i have great difficult with in the current set. Most decks build themslves, and the "fun" cards are almost nonexisting.

    I would love new sets to add cards like: Iron JuggernautLorewalker ChoCharged HammerTrade Prince Gallywix.. I could go on.

    I dont love these cards because they are good. they are not good. I love them because they are interesting, and i love to play around with them. Im curious to explore how they work, and how i can make a deck work arround them.

    In the new set Mayor Noggenfogger is the one card im still trying to figure out. 

    So for the next expansion, i hope that they will still go for balancing like in this set, but i do hope they make more fun/gimmicky cards. I dont care about tournaments, if a new Yogg' like card cant be printed because it would just mess up tournaments, well, then just make weird cards for Wild only. 

    So yea, all in all, the set is pretty meh.. safe.. but meh

    posted a message on Don't Panic. We are likely getting Dust Refunds for Classic cards rotated to Wild.

    Wild is wild. Id love to be able to make the crazy combos in wild. This is just not possible if they keep nerfing the cards. I prefer good cards that i can play with over bad cards that just doesnt work.

    I never play aggro/face decks if it can be avoided. Sometimes i see a topic with some guy defending the skill req of eg. Pirate warrior and then i test it out just to accept the fact that no skill was involved in that deck playstyle.

     

    The only times i play aggro is to learn the deck, or if i dont have much time and a lot of 5 wins quests that needs to be done in a jiffy. Because quests is more emportant than fun.

    The best games in my opinion is the long games that you win or lose depending on the last card in your deck and how the value has been on the midgame. Aggro/face type offer nothing interesting for me.

    Im going for the full collection, and already have full GvG and TgT, but the price.. I dusted Yogg when the nerf hit, just to craft The Skeleton Knight. It was the last piece of my TgT set. Almost cried myself to sleep.

    Jade Idol. Can't wait trying out the new fatique druid. Played that deck so much back in GvG days, and have been actively trying to ressurect the deck again, without luck. I do believe this is the last card i need to solve the puzzle. So many new ways to make the Fatique archetype work, with this single card.

    Just a little update from this season IronDwarf experience:
    I do not know why, but the meta in wild have shifted towards more early game aggression and value. So when i spend the first 3-4 turns on armoring up, i tend to loose. i will have to tweak the deck for this season, because this week i got hammered back from 15 to 20.
    Im considering removing some late game for more early game survival.

    As long as all ´current classes are not viable, why bother releasing more classes?
    They try to balance out the classes with every new expansion added, and they are still not there. More classes makes that task even more complex. So i truly hope, that they do now release more classes within the next few years, untill the time were each class is equally good, and we see a fair representation of all in tournaments.

    Then. they could consider introducing a single class. But they need to have everything else working extremely well before hand.

    Introducing a new class is not needed in this game anyway.
    Want death knight? why not just introduce a minion that will turn your hero into the lich king, just like jurraxxus? Want to be a monk? just do it likewise. 
    I could see a neutral version of a death knight class, so that every class can build a Death knight deck. Mages could focus on the frost version of the Death knight, while Warlocks, could look at the corruption, while Warriors could focus on the armor. Damn, it could be a triclass card, just like the ones we are looking at in the new expansion.

    Adding more classes is a dream of a more complex ladder experience, a ladder were you do not run into Shaman all the time, but in reality, it is more about balancing that options. If all classes had a viable deck for ladder.. if all classes had 3 decks that would work well on ladder. Then we would have a better ladder experience, and the need for more classes would be for those that play World of Warcraft and wish for their special hero to be in Hearthstone. Hearthstone would not gain anything.
