This card would be really good with overload (2), but with overload (3) is between playable and bad, maybe can see some play if aggro decks infest the ladder, but even then I would ratter play: Feral Spirit, Tar Creeper and Hot Spring Guardian on turn 3 against aggro.
And I don't think this is a nerf for Stonehill Defender, because let's imagine that you played it on turn 3 and discovered Drakkari Defender, you will probably save to play this on turn 5+ and overload (3) is not thaaat painfull after turn 5, since you can still play something the turn after. It won't make Stonehill Defender better, that is for sure, but I don't think it makes it worst.
I do think this one is not that good, overload (3) is a bit to much, if it was (2) would be pretty good, but right now I would prefer to play Feral Spirit or Tar Creeper instead. Because you can't play anything on turn 4 is kinda bad. It is not terrible pick on Stonehill Defender at least (because you are going to play it after turn 5+ probably).
I only wish this was "freeze a target" instead of "freeze an enemy", so you could freeze your own minion if you wish (for Moorabi), not that it matters too much. Anyway, solid card!
Great card, just like everyone already said, better Argent Squire, but also remember how annoying Annoy-o-Tron was to deal sometimes, because early game he is anti-aggro, and late game he can help holding a big minion while your others minions finish the game, especially against classes that can't ping with HP.
The base hero power is worth 0 mana, look at paladin hero power or even mage hp, there are 0 mana cards that do the same thing (whisp and moonfire). And I think if there was a card that did "Transform a friendly minion into a random one that cost (1) more" and costed 0 mana, would be a fair card.
Of course, this means that this hero power is not an upgrade comparing to the regular shaman hero power, while the others hero cards grant an upgrade to the hero power. BUT the card is good because the battlecry effect + 5 armor are worth about 5 mana, the change of HP is just 'flavor' to me. I like the card, I think it is a card for midrange decks, maybe some aggro deck can also use it as well, but I don't see it being usefull for control decks.
If Shaman get cards similar to Snowchugger or Frost Nova or both, this can become a playable card. So I will hold saying much more on this, but for now it is looking a bit on the weaker side.
I don't think Moorabi will be amazing, but it will generate a new archetype, even if it is not a tier 1 deck, and that is always excting for players (like me) that like one class over the others.
I like this one, mainly because it is a a dragon, any dragon is good for dragon priest (and potentially dragon mage/paladin), if we got some more dragons maybe those can become a deck.
If shaman gets one more low costed magic/minion with quick freeze effect, this CAN become a good deck and potentially a new archetype. Something like Lyra priest/miracle rogue. I don't think the archetype will be amazing, but maybe it is good enough to be playable for fun (like tier 3~ deck)
I think the best comparasion is Disciple of C'Thun on it's own, disciple is better, but, this card can use spellpower effect (Bloodmage Thalnos or Cult Sorcerer) or be discounted by Sorcerer's Apprentice, yeah Disciple can use Brann, but this is rotating out. Both bring synergy to the deck as well. But also this can be played on turn 2, to deal with 2/2's 2/1's 3/2's slightly faster than disciple. Overall i liked the card.

I really like the nerfs, but i would like to see a Rexxar DK nerf to 7 mana and hunter spellstone to 6 Mana. So hunter can tone down as well.

I think people are right when they say this is good as Flame Lance. A bit better - and that might push to see some constructed play - because of Lesser Sapphire Spellstone and Snowfury Giant.

I was thinking about this cards, outside of a full murloc/quest deck, that including this card is just personal preference.
How many good murlocs that don't require a full murloc deck we current have for shaman:
- Brrrloc: for all decks and freeze deck;
- Bilefin Tidehunter: for token and evolve deck;
- Bluegill Warrior + Murloc Warleader + Finja, the Flying Star: for a 'new' aggro/midrange water shaman;
I will try a water shaman for sure, sounds fun to play now with this card included. Also will try to use in a quest deck as well i think.

Nice anti-aggro card, another option to use Cryostasis on, besides making Stonehill Defender even better on Control Shaman. I aprove!

I like this card, it works well with cards that are being used at this moment, which are: Mana Tide Totem, Stonehill Defender, Thing from Below and Hot Spring Guardian. And even using it on a Stoneclaw Totem or Healing Totem it is not bad either.
Playable for sure, and MAYBE it can help making a new deck together with Moorabi, but this it is unsure at this moment.
