I hate aggro but to be honest, after all these super-greedy, infinite-value control meta decks that we've had the last 18 months, an aggro meta would feel quite refreshing.
Sunkeeper Tarim!! I know it can be a little degenerate in odd paladin but in midrange and control pally it was great. Also, I main Paladin and we usually get very shitty legendaries so having a good one for once was great.
I think the problem with Mana Wyrm is that tempo mage's win-rate would skyrocket if you had it on your starting hand. It was too snowball-y. And yeah, Spreading Plague and Branching Paths are broken AF. There's absolutely nothing Druid is bad at. They can ramp, flood the board, buff their minions, gain a ton of armor, direct damage, cycle faster than any other class, AOE, it's disgusting.
Unless they play Spreading Plague and Branching Paths on the same turn (which with Wild Growth and Nourish will probably be around turn 5) making their scarabs 3/5. I think the real problem with Druid is Branching Paths, the card is so versatile and does so many things it's disgusting. But I agree Malfurion is far less oppresive than Gul'Dan, Jaina or Rexxar.
The MSoG was the worst meta ever, probably even worst that UT Hunter mostly because of how polarizing the matchups were. There were only 3 decks available, Jade Druid, Reno Warlock and Pirate Warrior. It was like rock-paper-scissors but Jade-pirate-reno. Also a lot of classes didn't see almost any play like Paladin and Hunter while Mage, Priest, Rogue and Shaman saw sporadic play.
Looks good, I've wanted to make Blackguard viable for a long time and this might do it but in order to make it work you have a few weak cards like Guardian of Kings and Holy Light to synergize with it which can be dead cards in a lot of circumstances. Also, you have N'Zoth, the Corruptor but your only deathrattle minion is Abomination, not even Tirion Fordring (which you could get with Stonehill Defender but it's kinda unreliable).
Finally Paladin has a tier 1 deck and is not with a stupid card like Mysterious Challenger. Since I'm a paladin main since Naxx, I've been playing this deck since it first came out and have also played against it quite a bit and, to be honest, it doesn't feel as unfair or oppressive as post-Karazam midrange Shaman, pirate warrior or pre-Un'goro Jade druid.
The rogue quest should work like the druid quest in that only minions in your deck get permanent 5/5 stats, not minions in play or in your hand. It's very inconsisten that other classes like druid or hunter need to finish their quest and THEN start drawing cards as fast as possible to get value while rogue just finishes the quest and almost instantly gets value.
Oh you guys Druid is not even tier 1 class in standart last time you bitch about a tier 2 class was Hunter's Call of the Wild and after the nerf whole class sank in meta like the titanic slowly and painfully.
It's not about Druid being tier 1, is about the fact that jade druid completely nullifies an entire archetype. It has a huge win rate against ANY control deck. Control warrior also has a huge win rate against freeze mage, but you could still play freeze mage because it was only one deck against one deck, now you can't play ANY control deck because you know if you face a jade druid you pretty much lost from the start.
Guys, this card is great news for Paladins! Not because of the card (which I think is too situational to work) but because everytime Paladin gets a mediocre legendary, we get amazing epics and other cards. Case in point:

Zoo is usually strong after nerfs/rotations/new expansions because of its ability to punish unrefined decks.

I think a better solution would be to change Grumble's battlecry to "end of turn"effect.

I think I would remove some of the secrets and replace them with some board clears like Wild Pyromancer + Equality or Consecration and remove the Abominations with better deathrattle minions like Tirion Fordring and maybe even Loot Hoarder for card draw. Lay on Hands could also work with both card draw and healing.

Guys, this card is great news for Paladins! Not because of the card (which I think is too situational to work) but because everytime Paladin gets a mediocre legendary, we get amazing epics and other cards. Case in point:
GVG - Paladin Legendary - Bolvar Fordragon - Terrible legendary
Rest of the set: Muster for Battle, Coghammer, Shielded Minibot, Quartermaster.
TGT - Paladin Legendary - Eadric the Pure - Mediocre legendary
Rest of the set: Mysterious Challenger, Murloc Knight, Competitive Spirit and to some degree Tuskarr Jouster
WOG- Paladin Legendary - Ragnaros, Lightlord - Amazing legendary
Rest of the set: Pretty much only Forbidden Healing saw play and sometimes Rallying Blade.
MSOG - Paladin Legendary - Wickerflame Burnbristle - Great legendary
Rest of the set: Garbage.
So, getting a mediocre legendary means some amazing card are on the way (hopefully)!
