I personally wouldn't play Call to Arms you have 9 1/2 drops, theHydrologist and Scopr-o-matic you wanna use their battlecries, Wild Pyromancer is usually kept in hand for the combos, so that leaves you with Righteous Protector which is good to pull out, but it's only 1 mana and Doomsayer which is horrible since you wanna play Call to Arms to get minions out, that is more of an aggro card than a control one. Even if you don't have Tirion Fordring you can get one from Stonehill Defender alongside Wickerflame Burnbristle. I'd consider putting in 1 or 2 copies of Saronite Chain Gang to get good use of Val'anyr. Even if you have 4 cards that heal you I'd consider putting in Truesilver Champion. Also, if you think you are going to play a lot of this deck, I suggest crafting a Uther of the Ebon Blade, it's a good tool because it basically gives you 5 armor and 15 health, but is also a win condition/threat since you can win with the 4 Horsemen.
That is up to you, I'd replace the Benevolent Djinn and the Blessing of Kings ( it cucks Lynessa a bit, but you still have the other buffs ). Oh, and I forgot, play a lot of games and consider some tech cards, like if you have trouble against pirates ( I doubt ) get a Golakka Crawler or if you need silence etc...
Blessing of Kings is only good if you can attack on the turn you play it, and as a control player you typically won't have board control. The same goes for Potion of Heroism. So, it follows that I'd also cut Lynessa Sunsorrow.
Righteous Protector seems like a poor card for a control deck without any card draw. You need your topdecks to be impactful.
Scorp-o-matic seems unnecessary. If you've shrunk a minion to 1 attack, why do you then need to kill it?
the real helpful advice right now, especially since your collection is apparently lacking some spice, is to not play Control Paladin until rotation happens, where it actually has a chance. other aggro, control and combo just smash you entirely, you have nothing over Cubelock, Razakus, Jade and similar powerhouses. running Lynessa also suggests your deck to go for a more board aggressive (rather than defensive) approach with multiple minions that you then can always buff. so let's look at some cards ;
Marin the Fox is a bad card overall, and a bad card in your deck. no, let's not talk about Equality/Scorping the treasure, this is not good deckbuilding.
Call to Arms is worth more to play than Doomsayer in this meta, as Call can win games and Doomsayer can regularly get removed especially in this meta. If you have Dirty Rats, Loot Hoarder and Plated Beetle you'll be looking at an amazing Call to Arms that sometimes just wins games.
Benevolent Djinn is weak and you are not running Elementals, which I think give it at least some advantage. I'd rather play Tar Creeper or Stonehill Defender, although in this meta that card is probably too greedy.
I wouldn't bother getting Uther the Ebon Blade, not until we know what we get for Pally in rotation, because simply... Uther is too weak, unless you're playing a combo variation Uther is just a poor card to play on 10. I've found myself too often under too much pressure and being smashed by better DKs to justify running it just for value and a better Truesilver. speaking of, where's your Truesilver Champion? card is rather amazing, better than it seems, and should find a way into the deck too.

Scorp-o-matic can be quite useful if you face a lot of Priests( kills Northshire Cleric) or Mages(Mana Wyrm) . Leaving those unanswered can lose you the game very fast. But despite those facts and the synergy with Peacekeeper, this would make call to arms much weaker.
I also thought about this quite a bit and still run call to arms with 2 Hydrololgist 2 Pyro 2 Rats 1Protector 1 Horder and1 Beetle in my Control Paladin. This way I have on average something beefy . Doomsayers are for sure useful vs aggro, but so far I face mainly Priest and Warloc(rank2 atm).

Hello there !
First time trying to create a control paladin, and I need some advice.
I have a limited collection that you can check under my profile (F2P btw), so no Tirion or Ragnaros :/
I struggle against agressive decks, which I think is a shame for a control deck.
The scorp-o-matic are here as a single target removal in combo with aldor pacekeeper, or to enable Marin's chest
I have considered adding call to arms, but I would need to remove a lot of helpful 2-drop (doomsayer, hydrologists, scorp-o-matic...)
Here is the deck :
Thank you for your input !

And i don’t even play Paladins
Thank you for your answer.
That was also my thinking about call to arms.
I hadn't thought of saronite chain gang. It is indeed a good idea. What would you consider replacing for this and the true silver champion?

And i don’t even play Paladins
- 2 kings
- marine
- 1 ivory knight
-1 djinn
+2 truesilver
+2 chain gang
+1 4/3 silence
But anyway this archetipe isn't good enought to fight tier1-2 decks.
I will crush you!
Things I think you should remove:

A way to fit in Corridor Creeper, some dragon and The Curator would also be interesting.
