For those who are not familiar with MetaStats, for the past few months, we have been analyzing data for standard format and using it to generate Standard Meta Snapshots. We collect hearthstone game data using a plugin for Hearthstone Deck Tracker and TrackoBot API, so all the stats are based on actual player games. We got a few requests to do the same for Wild Format and starting today we will be releasing wild snapshots as well. Here is the first Wild Meta Snapshot. The snapshot uses data from last two weeks, Dec 26 to Jan 8, with over 30,000 games recorded. We will do a wild snapshot every two weeks but if not enough games are recorded, might try a monthly snapshot instead.
Deck Lists: With everyone playing so many different decks, it has been hard to consolidate deck lists for archetypes. After analyzing wild games since MSoG launch, I think we have been able to find core deck lists for each archetype. You can view popular deck lists by clicking archetype names.
Wild Archetype Matchup: We have also calculated wild archetype win-rates, using data from last three weeks and minimum of 50 games vs other archetypes.

Pirate warrior is almost unbeatable due to Ship's Cannon, especially if you go second. Good news is for wild though, Reno isn't going anywhere, ever, but a pirate nerf in some form is likely.

I've been climbing in Wild with Reno Mage and I play Scientist, Belcher, and Healbot, which is about right for the amount of cards shared by Wild and Standard. And remember, just as many of the cards in Wild are awful as they are OP.
Think Blizzard seriously underrated piratesReno Jackson or they just didn't care that both Wild and Standard would be wrecked by them.
Fixed for you. Kabal decks together make for te 20% of played decks. Pirates are barely above 15%, and that's counting Aggro Shaman as a Pirate deck (which is not ofc).
Also, the fact that decks are played is just a factor of how effective they are. In wild I don't see the meta being wrecked by Pirates as if they were cutting into butter. They are played and they are effective, but then again, just look at Reno.
You could at least write the name of the deck's creator, a list of Control Warrior you posted is mine, and no credits are given.
And I've seen other examples like that. so pay credits to us creators which spent hours to check. build and test a competitive decklist for the community.
Because you're list is on a forum it's likely that many people are playing it. If they are tracking individual ID's, the only thing they would know is their API's Account Name. So it might be possible for them to get credit to a thousand people with names like Fiery-Dread-Hound-####. But that doesn't really accomplish much.
They are not going into community forums and pulling lists.
It was a serious problem from week 1, people are just too slow to realize the implications of releasing an aggro deck that increases the fundamental turn of the game to turn 5 or even turn 2 in the case of Ship's Cannon.
On the one hand, I think it's possible that all control decks in the game will evolve into Reno Jackson control decks as the card pool continues to expand, especially if you consider Kazakus as well, but on the other hand the popularity of Reno Jackson is push back vs the abundance of Pirate Warrior as well.

It was a problem in standard but to see it being dominant in wild which has so many anti aggro tools is astonishing
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.

in wild , pirates are 32% of the meta at legend, you cant argue that isnt borken.
I play midrange paladin with belcher/boom. shredder would probably be good, but ive been burned too many times by doomsayer from deathrattle to run it in a deck with no comeback spells

This kind of macro stats should be banned from the forum. Creation of tier lists polarize the meta into an handful of decks, increasing staleness. Especially, the equation of "decks most played = decks most powerful" is so wrong on so many levels that simply hurts the game as a whole. Standard ladder in particular suffers a lot from this, so please leave this bullshit out at least from wild.
Yes, you are correct that decks played ≠ powerful decks. But no matter the context, I do not support denying people access to (correct) information, or informed opinions.

yes! something to replace the lazy tempo storm site!
1 thing i noted, it seems pirate warrior is warping the entire wild meta? time for a nerf?
as for legend stats.............32% is unarguably broken.

Ok, NOW pirate warrior is a serious problem
Pirates are barely above 15%, and that's counting Aggro Shaman as a Pirate deck (which is not ofc).
They are played and they are effective, but then again, just look at Reno.
I wonder about the small amount of Dragon Priest...i feel like i play 33% of my games again Dragon Priest.
I've just tried the pirate warrior in wild, 2nd version with two canons, it is insane :O
I didn't mind seeing Pirate Warrior in Standard, but if it's in Wild and several times more popular than Secret Paladin... That's a problem.
