I don't enjoy losing to pirates or totems, but those decks are at least interactive. I can remove the pirates and totems and stabilize, and they don't have 32 damage from hand, so I can stop them with a taunt in the end.
The annoying thing about pirate and totem decks is not how effective they are, but how popular they are, and how they're particularly favored by bot accounts.
Well maybe they should kill mine pirate so more people will go back to even shaman how does that sound.
Or maybe you can play in standard where none of those deck exist, why play wild if it's so painful.
I do play Standard as well as Wild; I have my complaints about that mode, too. And people never stopped playing even shaman... which you would know if you played wild. So why are you on my case?
There is one reliable way to counter the rogue deck. When the combo is triggered he should only have one swing left on his weapon. So when he gets it back, he can attack again and Trigger death rattle. You just need to take it out At the right time.
If playing as hunter using a creature elimination secret will also Help. Or you can use dirty rat to bounce out the key cards. Hunter also has a Beast (camel or something) that will draw out a one cost minion from your deck and theirs. Pretty sure the minion that resets the weapon costs one mana.
Good luck! And if anyone finds a reliable counter to totem shaman as hunter, please let me know.

Is this an out of season joke?
