I believe you need to be Rank 25 to craft Wild cards. You can skip ranks 50-26 by going to Options > Misc > Skip to Rank 25.
To craft Wild cards go in My Collection click on Crafting then the Filters Button on the bottom left. Click on All Cards and you'll be able to see and craft whatever card you please.
Once you have Wild cards, you have to switch your play mode to Wild. In the Play screen click on the Emblem above the Casual / Ranked tags.
Guys i'm not a new player. I've been playing for 3 years. I just made a new account. Yes i've tried to craft a wild card and i can't cause "All Cards" option isn't there.
You'll need to click on Crafting before going through filters to select All Cards.
My friend is actually selling HS account, I searched online and found that there is a whole auction going on with different accounts. For as low as 90 bucks you can get 50+ legendary cards and much more.
P.S. if you want DM me, my friend is got Renolock in wild and quite a few good cards.
Give it a few rotations and your Wild collection will grow naturally. Everything else has already been said. I think you need to both get past rank 25 and own a single Wild card.

This. If you can't see any wild cards, it means you need to play a brawl where there are some wild cards being played (you don't need to finish the game, just see a wild card being played then you can leave) so you can unlock the mode. Pretty simple.
Wild is not for new players. You will be raped. You need a ton of money also to go wild. New players can't play wild.
Wrong. Stop the misinformation about the cost of the wild format. Its the cheapest format. You just need to craft one deck and it will last you forever contrary to standard. Top tier deck are cheap (even warlock, even shaman, aluneth mage, mech hunter, jade druid).
FWIW - casual gaming fan-sites aren't exactly the best place to get answers to these sorts of questions, since you can never trust the responses from the community.
However, it only takes about five seconds to google the hearthstone wiki regarding the availability of Wild to new players - it's locked until that player either purchases a Wild pack from the Blizzard store, or a Tavern Brawl occurs in Wild format.

Wow, this thread perfectly shows whats wrong with people.
OP asks a question and gets a total irrelevant answer by the majority.
He then makes a post clearing things up and the same stuff happens again.
They can't read, they can't think but pollute the world with nonsense.
