Some people are saying that this expansion is too weak, but I think it's not. There are actually a lot of amazing and competitive cards in this expansion like Zul'jin and Shirvallah, the Tiger, which are quite impactful in the meta. Some of the good cards might not see play for now, but they are likely to see play after the rotation.
Of course Rastakhan is weaker than KotFT and K&C since they are such an overpowered expansion, but I think Un'Goro's power level might be similar to this expansion. So which of them do you think is stronger?
It's not close - Un'goro has much stronger cards. Here are Un'goro's most popular cards, along with times played over the past 24 hours on the standard ladder:

2) Tar Creeper - 250k
3) Fire Fly - 250k
4) Shadow Visions - 220k
5) Crackling Razormaw - 170k
And now Rastakhan's Rumble's most popular -
1) Springpaw - 140k
2) Baited Arrow - 110k
3) Mass Hysteria - 97k
4) Firetree Witchdoctor - 77k
5) Daring Fire-eater - 74k
Don't forget that most of Un'Goro cards are neutral on this list. The first expansions every year are supposed to have good neutral cards, but most of the popular neutral cards don't influence the meta that much since they are not being the core of the deck, the class cards are the cards that really defines the meta.
Ofc Ungoro is more powerful but its not fair to compare those tow as Rastakhan came in before rotation so it will be weak unlike ungoro which was the first set of the new year ...

Neutral is better in Ungoro by a long shot, but I think a lot of people misjudge the Rastakhan class cards. They're just overshadowed by the insanely powerful cards from KoFT and KnC. Stuff like the mage loa and high priest thekal are actually pretty strong, we just have to wait for all the infinite value/mana cheat crap to rotate out to see.
So overall, I'd say they're about equal in terms of power level.

That's a good point. Here are the Top 5 class cards and 10th and 20th from Un'goro in times played on the standard ladder over the past 24 hours -
1) Shadow Visions - 320k
2) Crackling Razormaw - 260k
3) Radiant Elemental - 160k
4) Spikeridged Steed - 130k
5) Direhorn Hatchling - 110k
10) Fire Plume's Heart - 63k
20) Crystalline Oracle - 21k
and from Rastakhan's -
1) Springpaw - 200k
2) Baited Arrow - 160k
3) Mass Hysteria - 140k
4) Master's Call - 100k
5) Daring Fire-Eater - 100k
10) Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk - 50k
20) Immortal Prelate - 16k
The gap is narrower, indicating that neutral Un'goro cards are really strong, but even just the class cards from Un'goro are substantially stronger than the ones from Rastakhan's.

Thanks for your list, but I think that the in-deck percentage of a card can describe the power level better, remember that the time a card is played might be interrupted by some factors like rarity and discovers, so it might be inaccurate to show the power level.
I don't know about the data over the past 24 hours, but according to the post-nerf data, Rastakhan's class cards have a higher in-deck percentage (14.0%,12.5%,9.3%,8.3%,6.2%) than Un'Goro's (12.6%,8.9%,8.0%,7.7%,7.0%). Not saying Rastakhan is stronger, but at least comparable.

Un'goro was pretty much extict all the 2018 so yeah they are equal.
Agreed. Quests are not as comparable as DKs and Odd/Even decks.
Um, I wouldn't know. I personally liked Ungoro more.

Un'Goro was an absolute power house of a set. No contest.
4/3/19 RIP Keith Flint. 😔
Ungoro was probably one of the most powerful sets ever, rastakhan wasn't
Skidaddle skidoodle your Milhouse manastorm is now a noodle

Un goro, not even close.
UnGoro !

Gadgetzan is the strongest one in 2016 though...
