I love King Krush, my bro has him and also centers his huntard deck around him.
I played beast hunter for a couple of seasons, very consistent and quite fun to play as well.
I sadly no longer have King Krush.
Early on when i was trying to rank up a little (it was way too soon as a player even, let alone collection wise) i got extremely frustrated with how stuck i was at rank 20, i ended up asking my friend for decks that work and he told me to try face hunter, so i Dusted Krush and some other stuff and made a facehunter deck.
I regret it. So, Its become my personal policy not to dust any legendaries under any circumstances, nor goldens.
I've since migrated far away from ladder and focus on arena and casual. I prefer playing deck's ive built myself.
Sorry to hear that man, although being a player that has never spent money on this game, Ive had to make a few sacrifices to keep up with current meta etc.
Somehow I cant get rid of alot of my goldens although id probably get enough dust for a legendary.
Also enjoy playing decks i make myself, although im on hearthpwn to see what others do
Any combo deck (Miracle, legacy Grim Patron) has given me tons of fun. Note that I don't include the Druid midrange decks as combo, as I see it as more of a midrange deck with a nice finisher. Also, Freeze Mage lies somewhere between combo and control, from my point of view.
For me, beating aggro with a control focused deck is always fun. That's why I like priest: being able to wholly stop a smorc deck with Zombie Chow, Wild Pyromancer, and the usual priest tools is always fun to do, as require a good use of your resources to achieve the most board-clearers you can...
Also, Zoo decks that control the board while playing aggresively are also fun to play. I've tried zoo lineups for many classes with nerubian egg and defender of argus and the 4/4 dwarf and so on. They don't always work great... but wait, we weren't talking about rank #1 decks, but about fun decks :-D
I'm having a great time playing Reno Warlock at the moment. In fact I'm enjoying it so much that the idea of actually having fun while climbing the ladder feels new to me.
I find it incredibly interesting because it's not an easy deck to play and I'm building experience with it as I go, which pushes me to think about the match-ups from the very start of the game. Feeling rewarded for correct mulligans, evaluating the situation right and handling risks while learning the deck is incredibly satisfying to me. Not to mention instant concedes out of Hunters on Turn 6.
Really looking forward to how HS meta develops, because I'm finally feeling very curious about learning new decks.
Having a lot of fun with Murloc Paladin right now. Not sure how competitive it is, but was sucking on ladder anyway this season and am happy to have a deck I enjoy to screw around with over there.
Yesterday I played someone who was using Renolock,I played Alex and he played Reno, then Malygod hit the field.... Can't express how good that felt,I bet he thought he won the moment he saw Alex.... So Freeze Mage FTW!
My pick would be control warrior. With all the legendaries it feels like the greediest deck ever, but combined with all the removal and armor gain, if you can stabilize and successfully navigate through the first few turns, it's often game. And if the match does go to fatigue, you also have the upper hand with Justicar if you manage your resources accordingly. Plus, a Grommash to the face feels like the best finisher ever. Time to start grinding to get that golden warrior :D

I have been using hearthpwn to see what other people do too. I'll find a card i like and try see what kind of decks its included in and how they utilize it.
My current major deck idea i want to try is something i heard mentioned. "suicide warrior". The term was used to describe something else but my idea is to make a warrior deck that uses cards like Axe Flinger(who triggered this whole idea) and Gurubashi berzerker and stuff like whirlwind to trigger the minions effects.
It will probably end up similar to the new Patron, but i'm very curious as to what i'll be able to do with it.
I have a fair bit of crafting to do before i get to this deck though.

CW is awesome, I just wish I had the cards for it.
I enjoy games that last long with control warrior when I have lots of spare time to play hearthstone, just to get my varian wrynn on the board and pray for sludge belcher and kel thuzad :D
I love fast games with agro paladin or facehunter, when I dont have much time to play, trying to puzzle the most damage output and trying to stay alive against other aggro decks, or late in control matches.
I enjoy playing wacky decks at the start of the season, or decks created by my daughter who doesnt speak or read english and just picks the cards with the coolest artwork.
Later in the season playing dragonpriest is such a joy :D
At the end of the season if I didnt got rank 5 yet, I pull out secret paladin and love to see my opponent cry at the other side of the screen if I can survive turn 6 with MC, continue with dr. boom and a turn 8 tirion :D
All by all, I love this game!
I would love to see the decks created by your daughter posted on hearthpwn :D
I've also been playing a bit of dragonpriest lately. I haven't really played secret paladin because its too popular. I like beating secret paladin though :D
I'd love to see these decks too and use it in casual/ranked games haha
next time she makes a deck ill put it on hearthpwn... but dont expect anything from it... as I said, she doesnt speak, read nor understands english, so its just pretty pictures or cards that I once said to be good :P
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
I gave up on it because it's as inconsistent as it's inspiration, but when the last wing released I was playing a free gold rogue (the one with questing adventurer and wisps) with the tiny fin murk eye and warleaders. But yes, it did bring me joy when murk eye was basically pre nerf leeroy and I was shadowstepping him into people's faces.
(1) Dragon Warrior. POUR LA REINE DRAGON!! Seriously, switching the language to French was worth it just for that.
(2) Tempo Mage. Converting a full hand of cheap crap into Fireballs with Antonidas is my favorite thing in Hearthstone, ever. I just wish there was a deck that doesn't lose just by having its card stacked in the wrong order, or losing your board before you can Echo it.
(3) Face Hunter. Frankly, I play this deck BECAUSE I know it will create more complaints about it on reddit. It's fast, efficient, fun, surprisingly intense, and you can easily score low-ladder wins because so many people just play wrong against it. I really don't know why, this should be the first deck you learn to counter properly. (This should be a separate thread, but mistake #1 is trying to get value instead of squeezing as much tempo out of your current hand as possible. You need to throw stuff on the board immediately to create a counter-threat, regardless of whether you want to race or stall. That Arcane Intellect can wait.)
Most loved decks:molten mage,freeze mage,control warrior,unhearthed rogue

Greatness, at any cost.

It's kind of refreshing to see a topic like that!

Control freak
Reincarnate Shaman deck. Always my go-to for fun.
Davainator.
Knows how to use resources? How so?
I enjoy my Dragon-Mindgames Control Priest deck :3
Taunt City in the early game to counter Aggro decks, and being able to Convert/Entomb big cards in the late-game keeps me alive~
And the occasional Mindgames to a huge card like Ysera/Ragnaros? Brings a smile to my face. :3

Patron Warrior post-Warsong nerf is one of my favorites.
Filling the board with those grey dudes and hoping your opponent don't have an answer.
