At the moment I like mage deck but want to hear people's opinions.
As for the shaman, I feel like something needs to change and I'm unsure about what. I don't have any other shaman cards besides Frost Shock and Dust Devil(tried using him on 1st round many times, died in 100% of times) though.
Mage Deck -That's a lot of cheap, early spells to not have mana wyrms. They are only 40 dust to craft. -Not sure if you don't have enough dust to craft another pyro blast, if you do, get a second one. -Typically, if you're running a heavy spell mage you want 2 pyroblasts because the idea is to have do minimal damage (minimum of 10) and control the board with freeze mechanic while you wait to pyroblast. With only 1 I don't see this deck getting 20 points minimum of damage.
Mage deck is "okay" if you're new, but there is a decent starter mage deck on the deck building section of the site that might be a bit better.
Shaman Deck -Sadly enough, like most control oriented classes, shaman needs quite a few cards takes before it becomes quite good, mainly because control decks rely on endgame legendary cards. -If you're running lightening storm I would def recommend Ogre Magi over Windspeaker. You don't have enough reliable minions to windury and the card itself isn't that great. At least with magi you can make great use of the +1 spell - Totemetic might is really bad, even for beginner decks I would replace it with some more minions to make better use of cleric and flametongue Totem -Might want to look into the math behind Flametongue totem, typically experienced shamans only run 1. Just something to think about. -The idea behind shaman is to control the board until you can get your big minions out. Without Forked Lightening your early clear seems lacking. -Sunwalker is a fine replacement for earth elemental.
Just a general tip, you're going to want at least 1 silence in your deck just to deal with bigger creatures it's best you learn how to weave it in now than later.
Judging by the cards I'm going to assume you're new and instead of crafting highly specialized cards for classes you should invest into some neutral cards that fit into most decks. Here's a quick list for you :D
-Azure Drake x 2 -Argent Commander x 2 -Defender of Argus x 2 -Twilight Drake ( not as important as the others ) -Faerie Dragons x 2 -Harvest Golem x 2 -Dark Iron Dwarf x 2 -Ironbark owl
I am not a huge fan of Cone of Cold, but then again I only use frost bolt outta all the ice spells. The secrets are okay, but if you had a few minions that get boost from the secrets would help a lot.
Second pyroblast and wyrms are definetly valid points, I'm just trying to craft a legendary and I'm close to it(got only Lord Jaraxxus so I need something neutral), that's why I'm avoiding any crafts :D
I've also removed unbound elemental since I have only 2 overloads and one is very situational, so I don't think it's worth it. Hopefully this looks better :D
P.S.
I also have almost everything except Azure drakes(1 TD, 1 owl, 1 DID, 1 Faerie, 2 AC, 2 DoA, 2 golems).

I have a Secretkeeper and Ethereal Arcanists, but I honestly don't see them working. I mean I don't know how to make them work. I've tried them but they were dying before getting buffed unless I used arcanist + secret on turn 7, but in most cases I really had to use something else at that moment.
I use those myself, but I have almost all the secrets in my decks, which helps alot. What I normally do is clear the board if possible, then play a taunt, or Mirror Images to try and keep them safe for a at least a turn or two. However with the deck your using I don't think they fit cuase this is more of a spell deck. Like Kingbarbar said Mana Wyms would fit great in this deck along with Azure Drake. Mirror Entity is good, but very unpredictable. If I didnt have a secret deck I wouldn't be using it. Thats all in your play style thou.

Instead of giving you generals I will try my best to go through every card choice to help you better understand the class as a whole and some of the card choices, and it'll hopefully allow you to build better decks by yourself, so here we go...
Defender of Argus -Great card. The only thing to consider is that with Shaman you might not get as much value out of it as you would with another class like a Druid. The reason being is that with our totems giving us awesome affects like spellpower or healing, giving them a taunt isn't ideal. With shaman you have to make sure that you avoid killing your totems with poorly placed taunts, with that in mind a shaman deck will usually play Argus later than most decks in order to separate more minions. I started with 2, I still play with 2 in all my decks except Rogue and Shaman. It's preference, if you find you need 2, then by all means go two, if you find the card isn't serving enough of a valid purpose in the deck try 1.
Mana Tide Totem -Having 1 is a good call.
Sunwalker -A decent replacement for Earth Elemental. It does cost 1 more but doesn't have the overload backlash. Some people who have access to earth elemental won't run it because they like to make their big plays on turn 6 and 3 overload does hold that back. I use this card and Venture Co Mercenary. I use Venture Co because I run a lot of spells and it's a very very strong turn 5 card. It also has much the same affect that EE has because it must be dealt with. Fen Creeper is a decent choice too.
Dark Iron Dwarf -Good card, is used in almost every deck. However I don't run a single one in my deck mainly because I've never had a situation where the extra 2 attack on a minion could do anything my abundance of spells couldn't do. It is a good choice if you're lacking major spells like 2 forked lightnings and 2 lightning storms because you will be relying on your minions more to clear the board before you can make your big plays.
Harvest Golem -Wouldn't recommend this for a control shaman deck mainly because, you'll have enough spells to maintain board control. It is a fine card however and usually can give you a lot of value. Not a bad choice if you're lacking spells.
Ironbeak Owl -Good silence, I would replace with spellbreaker if you have him. He's too easy to ping off the board, Spellbreaker can trade quite decently with many common turn 4 minions aswell.
Fire Elemental -Love this card, nothing wrong here.
Flametongue Totem -I see you have 1 now, good choice.
Ogre Magi -A decent card if you have nothing else. Once you get Azure Drakes, which need to be a priority as they are extremely valuable in almost all decks for all classes, replace Magi.
Shattered Sun Cleric -more and more people are avoiding this card because it is very easy to kill now since the nerf but that's nothing you have to worry about, it's a fine card. I still use it in a lot my decks.
Novice Engineer -You can't really go wrong with this card. However I would suggest removing 1 because you already have a mana tide totem and replacing it with a kobold or another Ogre Magi.
Ancesstral Spirit -For a control deck this card is a no. However this is not a control deck and is more minion reliant due to lack of class cards so this is a decent card.
Lightning Storm -This is by far the card that has saved me more than any other. I cannot imagine life as a shaman main without this card. It is awesome. I run 2, im guessing you don't because you don't have 2.
Lightening Bolt -Great card, it's easy to combo with cards with + 1 spell damage.
Bloodlust -You should have only one in your deck, congrats on making the correct decision :D
Ancestral Healing -This is such a newb trap card. I admit I got caught in the trap when I first started. I won't even consider putting in my deck now. I would keep it in your deck however because you have many medium ranged minions that you could use it on. Use it wisely, usually to save valuable totems like the +spell dmg totem or teh healing totem.
Hex -Love this card, I run 2 aswell, as do most shamans.
Rockbiter weapon - I run 1 for cheap early clear. You only have 1 stormforged axe so running 2 rockbiters isn't a terrible choice.
Windfury -It's just bad. Waste of space.
Stormforged Axe -This is essential for early clearing without sacrificing minions. Run 2 if you can.
Your deck isn't bad. It's just hard to judge the deck because the way you WANT to play shaman isn't how you GET to play them until you have a lot of freaken cards. Ideally, you want to maintain board pressure through totems + spells while stalling to the late game where you can overwhelm your enemy with a bunch of good cards. I would highly recommend running some Argent Commanders.
I don't want this turn into me telling you how to play the game but I cannot be more serious when I say do not craft Jaraxxus. If you're that intent on crafting a legendary I would HIGHLY recommend Rag or Windrunner. They fit into almost every deck. I got to rank 5 with a Rogue deck that had no legendary OR epic cards. My point being that neutral cards or rare class cards can very often be more valuable than crafting an extremely niche legendary. It's not that Jaraxxus is a bad card it's just that to make great use of it, you have to play a warlock deck that is more expensive than the traditional rush warlock decks ( which are extremely cheap and effective I might add ). I just hate seeing newer players making these mistakes because I've been there. Start off crafting rare class cards and top tier neutral minions to just give yourself a better base to work with.
First of all, I'm not gonna craft Jaraxxus, I said that it's the only legendary I have thus I need another one :D And yes, I'm trying to choose between Sylvanas and Ragnaros.
You are correct, I have only 1 Lightning storm and Stormforged axe. I replaced 1 Engineer, 1 Ancestral spirit, Windfury with 2 Argent commanders and Kobold. And Owl with Spellbreaker. Now looks like this:

oh sorry, I misread. Try out the shaman deck and see how you do, if you do poorly ill try and help tweak it some more
