I attempted to make a fatigue/stall deck that would draw your opponent out of cards. Back when I played Yu Gi Oh winning by running my opponent out of cards was one of my favorite ways to win so I thought that I could attempt to do the same thing here. So far this is what I came up with but perhaps someone could take it and do better.
I've seen fatigue decks, they have used King Mukla and Brewmasters to bounce Mukla in and out of play. They played it as a rogue deck so that they could Shadowstep Mukla as well. Interesting idea and I'd try it out, but I have no Cho :(
What's the point of Mukla? To fill their hand so they don't draw cards? That seems risky if they already have a minion on board; I guess you have sap and assassinate, though.
I don't think Mill/Fatigue decks are at all viable given our current selection of cards. We'll probably have to wait for a wider selection of cards in the future, that will hopefully include more variety that can force card draws onto the opponent.
Along the lines of the rogue deck, and this is still heavily gimmicky but perhaps the Pint-Sized Summoner and Mana Wraith might be welcome additions, it'll make your opp play a little slower with drops and allow you to break (Somewhat) even.
A light breeze is more than enough to break a Mil deck right now, totally a fun concept though. I hope they do something to make it a reality in an xpac.
Semi-viable against creature-light control and combo decks like stall mage and OTK warrior, if they don't have a creature on board, bananas tend to sit in hand unless they put a creature out specifically to get rid of bananas (making the creature vulnerable to removal) and also failing to do so means that card draws can cause their combo pieces to fuck off on them and basically put them into an unwinnable situation where they have to retroactively try and kill you with minions.
I don't see this strategy as a stand-alone win condition but rather a way to gain tempo advantage and deny their ability to move forward with the deck's primary strategy. Combine all this with Nozdormu to capitalize on their loss of tempo by forcing them to rush through the now strange choices they'll have to make and you may force a concession through tilting. Very trollish approach.
I prefer Rogue opposed to Druid for these type of decks. As mentioned already, they have quite a few excellent options
- Shadowstep on Oracles/King Mukla/Kidnapper to kill hands or on cards like - Weapons, to keep consistent damage each turn - Sap and Vanish - Multiple 0 cost or low cost cards to keep your own hand from overflowing
It may not be to the strength of something like Naturalize, but their options are much better overall imo. It's not so much as mill as it is maxing out your opponent's hand, but there's some mill components in there. Especially with Youthful Brewmasters and Mountain Giants in the mix, it could make for one hell of a fun deck. For further information on this topic, look up Kripp's "The Counterfeit". I'd gladly make a deck like it, but I don't have Muklas, Prep, and Edwin to really close out a game.

Sap and Kidnapper usually take care of that, and with a full hand, sap acts as an assassinate.
I never tried this type of deck with a rogue. Perhaps with a rogue the deck would be more active instead of passive.

These decks get crushed by aggro decks.
These decks currently get crushed by almost everything. Once we get an expansion or two, perhaps the fatigue deck will become a reality.

You're not going crazy, I edit 2~3 times each post
Please look at this deck :
This is, by far, the funniest deck I never played. I always keep it for some casual play and the mill/fatigue system always flawlessly work.
You will loose but you will have fun ;)
Sorry for my english !
