I can't say enough great things about this deck list and wanted people to try it out and let me know what they think/if there is optimization that could be done. I think it's too much fun, but I'd appreciate feedback and hey a pat on the back and an "at-a-boy" would just warm my little heart.
You could play Cairne instead of The Skeleton Knight but there is less potential pay off against control and it's not as cool which is clearly the most important part.
There are 3 free joust wins with N'Zoth and the giants, and against aggro you win like 90% of your jousts. The board clear options are really only effective when combined with other cards so that's probably the weakest link vs aggro, but it's still effective.
Finders Keepers can net you board clears, healing, card draw, a card to play on curve, or another Finders Keeper to help get your arcane giants out more quickly.
I found when playing a similar deck that Priest = autolose, as well as any combo deck. Against aggro you have to draw perfectly to survive. So it only works against a comboless control deck like Control Warrior. I cant even think of any others right now.
Just imagine what 2x Entomb do to this deck :(
You should tech in some cards to improve certain matchups otherwise the win % will be low just due to the meta.

No priest deck plays X2 Entomb currently and the only one that does play entomb is reno priest, which has only the answers for two of your large threats. I could certainly see it as a difficult matchup but not one requiring any certain cards. Skeleton Knight would do a lot of favors in a matchup like that, and if it gets entombed then that's an entomb not spent on your White Eyes, Sylvanas, ect. Not to mention that giants aren't much of a tempo loss if they get deathed because its relatively easy to get them to a low mana cost.

I should also point out you have a half way decent stream of minions thanks to the jade cards and very often Finders Keepers.
