I made this card below for a small set I'm working on. The question I have is "Does this actually cause redirected effects to have Poisonous?" I'm not trying to create something that can give Elven Archer and Mortal Coil Poisonous. In my opinion, that's way too strong unless I'm changing the mana cost to 9.
Please help. I'm not sure if I need to change this or not. Also, I feel it's important to note that if redirection of targeted effects would also give Lifesteal. I'm not trying to achieve that either, though it could be really cool.
I don't think it would cause poisonous to activate. This seems to be working similarly to Noggenfogger, and I think if you target a poisonous minion with Noggenfogger and it gets redirected elsewhere, poison won't be applied.
I can't think of a precedent for redirecting effects other than Spellbender, and in that case it's a secret that's changing the target, not a minion. I also can't see why redirecting the effect would give it the minion's effects.
If it was something like, "whenever this minion is targeted with a spell, counter it. Cast it on a random enemy minion," then it would clearly be the minion casting the spell, and would thus gain Lifesteal and Poisonous. But as it stands now, I don't think the effect will be modified at all.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
It depends. If he is simply redirecting Noggenfogger style, then the poisonous should not apply. But if he, the minion, were instead casting the effect on a random enemy, then the effect would gain the poisonous/lifesteal. (Look at Toxmonger and Elven Archer for reference)
I spent about 10 minutes trying to get it right, and I really love how it turned out.
Also, I specifically looked at Misdirection for a source text batch for redirecting the effect. I wasn't sure how it would turn out because I don't know if Misdirection is affected by Spell Damage. I'm pretty sure it isn't affected by Spell Damage, so I felt safe with producing the piece.

On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
three Handlock decks,
two Molten Giants
and a winstreak to Legend Rank #3
Disclaimer: This is a fictional poem and this didn't actually happen to me.

Thank you all for the response.
