I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
I came up with an idea for an Odd/Even related spell for druid, since the Choose One effect seems pretty suitable for it. What do you think about those two ideas, and wich iteration is better/more fun ? Don't worry too much about the cost balance of the card because I didn't really thought about it too much, I'm tired and I just wanted to post those ideas before going to bed, I'll rework the price of the cards and possibly change the artworks if the idea seems good and interesting enough to exploit.
Honestly, both of these cards are meta-breaking, the latter being more so. If you're up against an even or odd deck, you'll simply destroy their deck by turn 7. That's oppressive, unfair and bad game design. Even the first one is a bit strange; you turn all your opponent's minions into 2/2s, essentially destroying the deck. It makes the game boring and uninteractive, and even worse because they're Druid cards and not neutrals. Neither of these cards are fun; they're hard counters to whole archetypes, which ruins the whole experience for certain players. People would demand an instant refund on Genn Greymane and Baku the Mooneater if either of these cards was printed.
Enough salt, let's get to some constructive feedback. You can make the first card viable and interesting if you changed it so that it only impacted YOUR cards. That would set you at a drawback, but provides a potential for high synergy with the new Treant cards. I'd maybe even reduce the cost to 4, but maybe 5 is fine. Also, the name "Natural Selection" doesn't fit the flavour of the card or the expansion. I'd suggest changing it to something like "Metamorphosis" or "Biological Warfare" and give it the Boomsday watermark.
As for the second card, that is simply unprintable. It is a hard counter to two legendaries that define the deck building, forcing the opponent to win by 7 turns, which is rarely the case. Decks like Even Handlock, Odd Quest Warrior, Even Shaman and in some cases, even Odd Rogue are simply unplayable. That is terrible game design, warranting half of the current meta completely obsolete. That's why you don't see cards like "Destroy all demons" or "All your minions have permanent taunt". They are oppressive cards that render whole archetypes completely obsolete. All in all, while your first card is interesting and interactive, the second one could ruin the game.
EDIT: Sorry if I sounded bitchy, I just thought that the card was far too absurd and I typed this in rage, I apologise :3
noah_mcgrath and yjhs2000: thanks for the feedback! I guess the new mage legendary does indeed do what I intended to do, but in a more elegant way. And yes, I have proposed a similar card as a quest reward in an earlier competition, chapeau :)
Anyways here is a new suggestion. It is symmetrical and sets the cost of all cards that cost less than (3) to (3) mana. I am unsure about the mana cost though... What do you guys think?

Thanks a lot for the feedbacks !
Don't worry at all because, you know what, now that I woke up this morning, I think I agree completely with what you said. Hahaha ! ^^ Those card would be too unfun to play against.
Just a note though: the legendary spells created this week don't need to be boomsday related or have the specific watermark, as I understanded.. but the truth is indeed that I feel people are going to vote with the new extension in mind anyway, so doing something out of the boomsday flavor might end up giving less vote, yep.
OK so I been trying to think of an idea and this is what I'm come up with. With this card, you can create more option for yourself, depending on the situation you're in. Now I know it's a powerful effect, but I like to hear what you think.

I really like where you're going with this. Still think it needs "For the the rest of the game" (unless its intended to effect cards in hand only." As for cost, I think it's fair. If aggro has not mostly done you in by turn 5, they deserve to lose anyway.
Battlefields: are effects that affect the entire board, only one can be active at a time.
A brand-new poster; we welcome all new-comers :D
That being said, we do not tolerate golden cards, because they're distracting. If you're going to submit this idea, please change your Battlefield card.

A new idea and bump three old ideas...Please give me some feedback, thanks.
Brain Wash, i...don't know how to rate this card, seems ok, sometimes just ocational, against agro could work, but, i really feel like a derp looking this card xd
Play to the score, i'm not particulary a fan of this one, cards that works with have especific cards in your collection may turn into "discovers 5 times a pyroblast and win", i'm not saying somties will be a lower chance, but out there exist tryhard people that only have the cards for an specific meta deck in their collection, and this this just a way make people have thin coletions and succede more than ever. (sorry, i'm a collectionist, maybe i'm reading bad this card just for it, but i'm pretty sure this card its unhealthy, if someone can make me know that i'm bad in this one please tell me, i will hear)
Wild Heart, OMG the treassure of the Dungeon run, this card its my favorite, even suffering the Taunt Druid stuff every day xd, at the same time, who face the Stealth mode and cant deal with the minions will feel really cheated, i know the can smorc you down to, but its really uninteractive.
Fall of Paragon, best of all, but probably could be a 6 mana card, this can be an agresive and a defensive tool as Sunkeeper Tarim but more balanced, cause you need to be careful when you play this.
By the way i think i decided mine
Thanks for feedback! I guess I tend to submit the druid spell with some modification.
For your card... Sorry for reply late, the part of all minions +2/+2 is strong enough, and all minion count as elemental is difficult to say good or bad. However as for the aspect of flavor, it is necessary. So... In my opinon is a good card.
@demonxz95 Pretty cool. I don't get the reference, but the effect is simple but unique, and the balance looks right compared to The Mistcaller. It would be pretty nasty with Spell Damage though.
@Fortify Control Hunter needs cards generation, and this could help fill the void left when Deathstalker Rexxar rotates. It does create a lot of cards, but I think it's balanced by the generally poor Discover pools and the fact that it's 8 Mana with no board impact. My main concern is the fact that you have to Discover 6 cards. That could get tedious for you and for your opponent who has to wait through it.
@anyone Here are my ideas. To clarify, Curse of Sulfuras is not triggered by Hero cards. Any feedback is appreciated!

Rebuilding Dalaran, I don't know feels decent, and deppends how your minions will be your win condition, maybe it could fit in the current elemental mage.
Curse of Sulfuras, is this a secret?, or you cast it and your opponent knows that when he/she kills you ragnaros will rise?, If is a Secret you have to put it in the card text as Secret: (i asume it cause it cost 3 mana) still a good card, can saveyou as iceblock, but is more interactive.

Battlefields: are effects that affect the entire board, only one can be active at a time.
I like the look of the battlefields in your 1st post better than those in the post above.
My take on each
Sanctuary: "Deathrattles are disabled" seems like a better option than "silence the deathrattles" in case a new battlefield comes into play after a deathrattle minion is played but before it dies.
Library: "Battlecries are disabled" is better wording for clarity.
Minefield: You forgot a period at the end. Otherwise seems good.
Herd: You capitalized Battlefield here and nowhere else. Also the correct grammar would be "transform" not "transforms".
Cursed Battlefield: I have a personal dislike for cards that give minions negative health. What's the point? Why make it so complicated? Just deal 1 damage. There's a reason why Blizzard hasn't made any cards with this effect. But since on this card "give all minions -1 attack and deal 1 damage" would probably push you to 5 lines of text I'd suggest that you go for -2 attack instead. Or go a completely different direction and make "all minions in hand Cost (1) more (maximum (10)).
Treasure Chamber: Completely OP in swarm decks but since you have to run a 4 mana "do nothing" card for the chance to Discover it - it might be ok.
Overall: Lots of good ideas. Not a bad entry for what would be the first Neutral collectible spell. It's hard to judge on it's own because if ever such a card came into the game it would surely be in an expansion with lots of ways to interact with Battlefields.
Ooops, thank you so much for the correction. I only read the rules of this thread, not the contest rules. It's already edited. I'm sorry.
The truth is that I preferred to publish it in the discussion forum so as not to screw it up.
I took the opportunity to make a query, (this is the right place, isn't it?) I thought about making the battlefields as locations (since it affects the whole board, i.e. it affects both players) and it is permanent throughout the game until another battlefield comes into play.
However, the localization option does not allow text. Is it better to leave it as is or try to put it as localization?
The first one is made with hearthcards, the second one I tried to make with photoshop although the text fonts are not the same so I don't know if they would be valid.
This is absolutely the right place to post your initial ideas, so you can get feedback and ask questions. It's here for a reason :)
As for your card situation: If I were to be frank, your idea(s) will face an uphill battle because you are attempting to create a brand-new type of card. It's not against the rules or anything like that, but some people are sticklers to the notion that we should follow Blizzard's lead, working with what we have so-to-speak. Like creating Legendary weapons before Kobolds & Catcombs released official versions, you know what I mean?
I tried to do something fairly radical when I was starting; just ask @Sinti haha You can post just about whatever you want (outside of heavy memes and/or straight-trolling :/ ), but it's something to keep in mind.
...all of that being said, I prefer the one on the left. Trying to edit in text is always obvious and that'll definitely hurt your card. Oh and don't forget to capitalize major words like Battlefield, Battlecry, Silence, etc.

The Lyra interaction is intended. Does that look overpowered? Should I change it to spells only so that you can't play Lyra in the same turn?
THERE IS NO GAME.
Ancient Curse
Cursed!
Came up with an idea in two versions. They are designed for a last minute comeback, especially the priest version.
I actually consider the warlock version to be a little bit broken since aggro decks usually keep few cards in their hands.
Any thought is welcomed and appreciated.

I can't tell if this would be a fun but useless card, a OP card, a balanced-ish card or just not worth playing.
I like the mechanics on paper but if a lot of people think it would suck to play with or against then its probably not worth submitting.
I think this would just be an OP finisher, a 5 or 6 mana for the final 10 face damage, and then the downside will just not happen.
