You lost me when you wanted to skip turn 10. If you pull it off once in 10 games, consider yourself lucky.
He skips turn 10 only if he needs to kill bonelord to prevent silence/transform/shuffle
You can play Solid Alibi instead if what you need is to survive
I think it's a fairly decent combo at 6 cards over 2 turns, and you have 3 turns to draw the cards you need if you haven't collected the full combo after bonelord was played.
Also, many games won't require the full combo
I don't know if it's an over 50% wr deck/combo, but you can pull this off more than 1 in 10 games absolutely, if you know how to play control mage (which isn't hard when you have infinite solid alibi (standard) or ice block (wild)
What I don't like about this combo, is that creepy paintings are absolute dead draws outside of the combo, but most combo decks have cards like that.
However I'm not sure it was confirmed that the norgannon abilities still "evolve" when they are from a copy of the original norgannon
just thought of a Norgannon combo with creepy painting I'd love to here peoples thoughts on whether its any good or not.
turn1:
bonelord frostwhisper
fireball it if your afraid of silence
turn2:
0 mana Norgannon
use non dmg ability
Reverberations on Norgannon
7 mana left
use non damage ability on second Norgannon(summoned through Reverberations)
creepy paintingx2
1 mana left
elven archer kill latest Norgannon
your two paintings now have deal 20 dmg each = total 40 dmg
cards needed:
1 Norgannon 1 reverberations 1 elven archer 2 creepy painting 1 frost whisper
total = 6 cards unless you want fireball of course

It requires too many cards, requires 10 mana, loses to any deck that gets 41 or more health through armor, and so on. Not a good combo.
If you want to deal 40 damage as Mage on turn 10 it's much easier to just play Vexallus and a ton of arcane spells.
