I got a golden Mayor Noggenfogger in a pack and im not planning to buy msg packs for now anymore, and now i don't know what to do with the card cause its a card that doesn't fit in any ranked deck(obviously) but seems at least fun to watch. Also i lack some essential classic legendaries like thalnos leeroy or evc.
I play this card in a couple of fun decks, he can certainly bring about some great shenanigans. Just make sure you know how to use him to maximize his efficiency. You should honestly give him a try since you already own him, but if you are starved for legendaries, then dust him after a week of fun and get something your really want.
- From my experience, If an enemy attacks, they will attack either one of your minions or your face. They can not be re-routed to attack one of their own.
- Spells can hit ANYTHING. This won me a game this morning when a hunter tried to use Explosive Shot and instead wiped his entire board.
- Watching opponents try to emote in frustration and instead getting random lines is hilarious. (You can actually randomly get "Sorry" doing this!)

Another Huffer
Do not dust legendaries, even “bad” ones. Check out Dane’s dreadsteed deck that uses Nogg. Very fun!
I'd say golden Noggenfogger is one of the easiest dust decisions there is. There are nothing but meme decks that will ever include him.
I'd dust it for sure. It's one of the worst legendaries in the game and it's golden one. You can make make whatever you want to make.
Bitch i'm Willy Wonka!
Put it into literally every deck you own and meme your way to rank 10.
