Looks Ike this is going in my control warrior. :D Nice Card Blizzard!! Synergizes with Death's Bite, Ravagin Ghoul, Whirlwind, etc. Basically a 2/5 for free if you have either of those cards that out can combo with.
This is bad with MC tech. Dirty rat would be better. This is okay when combined with whirlwind effects, but giving 3 1/1 beasts is too much of a liability against token druid, shaman, zoo warlocks, and hunter.
Realistically, this card is either inefficient or slow in most cases. A 2/3 taunt isn't good enough to play, and if you use a whirlwind effect to combo with it, you're using 2 cards and 3 to put out a 2/5 taunt, which isn't good enough.
It's bad vs control, and a risk against most aggro decks. though turn 3 2/5 taunt + whirlwind is okay vs aggro, it requires 2 cards, and you might as well play ravaging ghoul or the 3/5 taunt elemental.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
A lot of possibilities on how it could be used. No idea if it will be used, but I love the design of it. Don't use this against Hunter or Druid unless you can clean up the 1/1's, lol.
Interesting thing is the token is neutral when every class cards has tokens with the same class border as them, which means the raptor token will likely be used by at least one other card.
I think this ends up being pretty awkward. The appeal of it is having a 6 health taunt out on the first couple turns of the game, but that probably means that they will trade in their raptors and make it a 2/3...which is not really worth it. So this is going to need some support to get it where you want it. Some quick ideas:
1. Pirates? Nzoth first mate and patches, follow up with this thing, you can protect ur pirates, and the weapon on a raptor makes this a 2/4 after the raptors trade in...which feels alright I guess.
2. Heal? As a warr, the options are pretty slim, but something like earthen ring as a follow up would probably feel pretty good.
3. Follow up to frothing berserker? Granted, if you lay ur frothing down they will try to remove it, but if they can't...this would protect it with taunt, and put some easy berserker buffers in the mix.
4. Whirlwind/aoe? I don't like this option because unless your opponent is trying to be greedy, they will almost always trade their raptors in the first chance they can. That would mean that you play this later on in the game just to clear the raptors with ravaging ghoul or whatever...doesn't seem great.
5. Brawl support card? In theory, putting 4 minions on the board that are favorable Brawl results seems decent...but I think dirty rat is king when it comes to brawls, so there isn't much reason to double up on this play.
All in all, I don't think it's a great card in a vacuum, but their might end up being a place for it in a specific deck. My bet would be either a taunt warr, Or perhaps tempo warrior could have a re-emergence and use this...
And you would play it over Dirty Rat because... no reason. This shit card is not going in any deck. More dust for the ones with prepurchase. Enjoy your dust to craft past expansion viable cards.
Because you play it with whirlwind earlier, without much risk.. or you use it as a 3rd dirty rat.
Has synergy with Mind Control Tech, Ravaging Ghoul, Whirlwind and Brawl, plus it serves as both a more reliable Dirty Rat and more of a threat on board than Public Defender. Combine that with the reference to Jurassic World, and you have one hell of a card for Control Warrior and/or Taunt Warrior if it becomes a thing again. Just be careful if your opponent has a Knife Juggler or Scavenging Hyena...
I demand a Youtube Video of someone playing an crazed Alchemist into turn 4 2x this for 30 damage right now :D
Ok but jokes aside this already has good synergie in standart control warrior:
1. Acolyte,brawl,ghul...the only question is, does such a deck need another anti aggro tech card the card is not bad but its not so clear that this is an auto include in any deck.
Really neat card with a lot of really minor synergies with a lot of cards in the Warrior arsenal: Armorsmith, Acolyte of Pain, Whirlwind, etc.
I like how they're making more cards like this and Hemet which are just value dudes and you have to figure out how to make a deck out of them yourself. It's not fun when decks build themselves like with Jade and Pirate.
Way early on in the game we saw a lot of really cool and interesting decks in the game that all played very different ways. Handlock, Freeze Mage, Zoo, Miracle Rogue, Druid. Every deck and every class felt really unique because they all did different things. The game now has kind of been reduced to playing your best early dude and snowballing into a win. This card is kind of a return to the "figure this out yourself" idea and I like.
...it also costs 3 less mana
With Cult apothecary maybe?
This card + Frothing Berserker +Whirlwind or Ravaging Ghoul. This is a good card for control warrior

Would this count for pop culture dino reference with the newest jurassic world?
Always Hunters. Always Huffers.
Mind control tech hype.
Think about Dirty Rat pulls Cornered Sentry. What a fair fight !
