I don't know about anyone else but I think Naga Sea Witch definitely has a place in the game right now. Mainly in Hunter, for turn 6 (or 5) Call of the Wild, I was still trying it before the nerf but it's even more relevant now. Especially when you've got a deck with Barnes that packs high level impact cards like Ragnaros the Firelord which are crazy to drop that early. Another place for the Naga is possibly Paladin with two huge impact 8-drops (Tirion and Ragnaros Lightlord) as well as N'zoth.
I would like to believe that it could be naga sea witches time to shine but there is one problem. The problem is that there is too much cheap removal in the game that prevents naga sea witch or any card to stay on the board. I tried to make naga sea witch work but my opponent always removed it with a cheap spell and then played their own minion. Cards like hex, polymorph, execute pre nerf, shield slam, firebal, shadow strike and many others are far too low cost and it is the main reason why Aggro is dominant cause no one wants to waste their turn dropping a creature only for the opponent to remove it with a 3-4 mana spell then have enough mana left over to play their own creature. The main issue I see with the game right now is that aoe is too expensive and removal is too cheap. It should be the other way around in order to make people think twice before flooding their board and for people to think if they want to spend a whole turn removing a minion instead of developing their own threats.

Yes run naga sea witch in every deck that runs things higher than 5 mana. It's just pure value!
Who cares if it's a nothing 5 drop that gets removed as soon as it gets played, and that makes it unplayable before turn 10.
Now that it reduces the cost of Giants, maybe it really is it's time to shine? Handlock anyone?
I used it with valerian and 2 blood of the ancient ones. Cannot think of another deck it could fit.
