so... i really don't have any playable deck, and i got a shitload of cards that i dont use, since wild legendary / epics, as much as legendaries from, like, blackrock and stuff, that i've never used and don't intend to i'm not really connected to the lore of the WoW, i mean, i play for the game itself, and i really would like to get a good expensive deck that really is played... like priest highlander or sth anyway, i feel tho a little pity for disenchanting the cards opinions?
I've just dissenchant Moroes (still standard card, but will be wild next year I think). I really wanted to craft Preparation and I really didn't have any golden card to dust out.
I'm planning to disenchant some wild cards I will probably not play in the future. But it might be a good idea to keep, unless you desperately need some dust.
Has been asked many times. I'd say no, never. And i've seen too many people regretting doing the same.
But decide for yourself. Might consider disenchant some crappy legendaries like maexxna or rend blackhand but i dont think anything below crappy legendaries worth disenchanting.
Blizzard profits more than you when you dust your old cards.
Think about it: you preorder for 40 [any unit of money goes here] (it's more in most cases but this way math is easier), the cards rotate out. Dusting them nets you 10 back tops, while you burn 30 for nothing. Keeping them makes your investment permanent.
Sure you might get an amazing feeling when you get that legendary instantly, but you'll slowly burn out and notice that you can't get as much dust the more expansions they release.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished

Disenchanting non-duplicate cards is always the most inefficient way how to gain a dust. You can regret that once you will want to play wild... btw Highlander priest is one of the most expensive deck all the time. Maybe think less high and have fun with tier2, would be more helpful. At the end difference between tier1 and good tier2 on ranks <5 is almost zero. I reached r5 many times with tier2 deck and with good WR.

Razakus priest is both more fun and more powerful in wild. You're going to regret dusting potential support cards if you're doing it just to craft this deck
