The token chip damage won me couple games, but still to weak against Druid. 5 mana Plague is literally game ending.
Many druid decks don't run Plague and even many which do, do not use it as a finisher (to 'buff them). In that case it just buys one turn...
It actually buys at least 2 turns against aggro and token decks, because most of the time those struggle to get their minions to 5 attack (like even with Bloodlust most of the stuff that shaman plays is 3-4 attack)

No, not every Druid runs Plague. I saw playing some MCTech I guess because of mirror matches and tokens. I doubt they'll run both.
Just saying there are enough taunt possibilites which is a major problem for tokens to get through. Using Bloodlust to do so is where you start to try not losing the game.
You could only rely on the outcomes off of Evolve and maybe DK. That isn't enough imo for decent wins against Jade Druid. Much more people need to play Skulking Geist to maybe "try" to counter Jade Idols. But Pirate Warrior and any aggro deck will appreciate this.
Skulking Geist and Black Knight maybe as a tech? I think Behemoth and Primordial also help Druid a ton where they are now. Just to many stats and protection to cope with.

Black knight is definitely good, but Skulking Geist only works if you can actually survive 10/10 Jades and all the other threats that are not jade idols, token deck will just lose even more if they use skulking geist... and you can't even evolve it because it will eat up Evolve...

I don't know what you play, I did play some Jade Druid at Rank 8 at the end of the last season and got stuck. I think the idea about MCTech is that it is useful against both mirror matches, tokens, evolve, etc... in the late game. It's hardly useful against Pirate Warrior although, as they rely mostly on weapons. Primordial drake is good against druid tokens and evolve shaman, but not very usable against anything else as most of their minions have 2+ mana. My experience with Jade Druid was frustrating, like dead at turns 4-5-6 against any aggro deck.
so i just hit rank 5 with aggro token druid but this deck isn't really fun to play.
the highest rank I've ever achieved was rank 4. i would like to make it to legend this season. would you recommend trying it with aggro druid or could i make it with another deck?
I support the question. But there is an obvious answer to that just read in the news the most popular decks for the week .... most of the decks there cost like 9000 dust...

Congrats to reaching rank 5. BTW, if you try with another deck, perhaps you will not find it fun to play either. Aggro druid is at least fast deck, if you play Kazakus or Jade decks, each battle lasts usually more than 10 minutes. So perhaps check metastats.net and see what kind of deck you would enjoy to play (and you think it has some chances)?

Aggro Druid is good, I got to legend with it last month... just tech it a bit for anti aggro and you are fine, you are favored against jades anyway... Spreading Plague is hard to battle if you didn't draw any buffs but that is about it... and even then I get a turn 4 lethal from time to time...
Exodia eats jade mostly because of netdecking, Zalae gave a good overview of how you beat exodia mage with jades on Omni/, one of first advices was never shuffle jade idols and just go face as much as possible, never take 3 armor but do 3 damage to face against exodia, jade Druid basically should become face deck against exodia mage...

yea you have to outrace them before they get their combo pieces, but can still be tricky because of all the freezing spells and secrets stopping damage.

I did all this and it works vs some mages but a skilled exodia player will usually beat you anyway .

Potentiellt going for legend again with something more fun instead of purely try hard decks.
Razakus Priest, trying to get that golden Anduin, only 400 wins to go!
I'm pretty confident that I can reach legend fairly easily with it too.
hehe
Exodia Mage with more freezing spells to almost 99% always get the combo before they can kill me and pop my 2 blocks/1 shield.
Got to rank 10 with it today easy.
hey guys!

The goal of all life is death.
