I don't really see the point of the Bloodlust since that is a control deck. Sure you can fill the board, but games where you do that you are already winning, it's a win more card in a control deck that many games will struggle to stay alive. I would change that for a second Tidal Surge or Hotspring Elemental
I am not sure about N'zoth, sure he is really strong in the deck, but the deck itself runs already a lots of value generator.
Maybe replacing him with more early game and/or some early taunt (like tar creeper) or the earth elemental combo. This kind of deck is supposed to eat aggro deck for breakfast. So depending how many aggro matchup compare to control matchup you have you could check with rotating N'zoth in and out of the deck.
As it is, even without N'zoth, the deck should have enough value to out-value most mid-range deck. What needs to be ensured is that you don't got either aggro to death or out tempo.

I reached rank 2 with some changes. You can consider the following options, but you definately should keep N'zoth. It is the winfactor against the common seen Taunt Warrior. Even a brawl doesnt do to much in case of Cairne. In my version I also added Aya Blackpaw, Twilight Summoner and Infested Tauren (1x). Most (AoE) board clears won't work. I also chose the option for some elementals,: Volatile Elemental, Igneous Elemental and Hot Spring Guardian (and for this Blazecaller and Kalimos, Primal Lord. For the early gameI also added Jade Claws, and Primalfin Totem for the Pirate Warriors and great against Hunters. I should keep Bloodlust (wincondition) and add Barnes
- 1 ancestral spirit - 1 Spirit echo, - 1 Hex, - 1 Volcano - 1 devolve - mana tide (all dead against aggro and your late game wincondition is already good). Moreover, - 1x stonehill (one is enough), -2x thing from below (in the start you dont use many totems and in the late game this card is dead) - Ooze (good, but to optional, better infest in other cards that fits the deck)
thanks mate, but it's a completely different deck :D
Consider replacing some cards with the jade package mainly Aya BlackpawJade Lightning and Jade Claws as claws are amazing in the early game and Aya synergises well with N'zoth the corrupter and lightning is just a solid card. Also i noticed in some games I played I played I struggled with drawing my key cards such as Devolve against murloc paladin which is everywhere around ranks 10 to 5 where I played it, so maybe add another Mana Tide Totem which also synergises well with Thing from Below.
I'm rank 17 at moment, I would like to reach rank 15, but I don't want to use token or aggro
thanks
I'd cut bloodlust and tidal surge for 2 hotspring elementals. More early game taunt/heal against aggro and good targets for spirit echo
