1) Started playing a couple weeks ago, still need alot of cards for my decks. Is it worth buying (U$$) the Karazhan or should i buy Classic/Unguru decks?
2) Does karazhan cards stick on Standard Format forever?
Nice, you found the correct forum for this thread!
1) Depends heavily about what kind of decks you wish to play. There are a lot of good cards there but most of them are somewhat replaceable.
2) No, it will rotate out in March/April 2018.
If you only aim to play Standard you may want to skip Karazhan and get something else. Un'Goro is the better option in the long run as you will get Classic packs from Tavern Brawls anyway (unless you are missing a lot of Classics; in that case you should start there).
Karazhan is one of the best adventures Blizz has released so far, with a lot of good cards for all 9 classes. Is it worth buying... Well, maybe. If you, as a new player, are enjoying the game and feel like you are going to play a lot of time from now on, I would say it is sure a good buy even knowing it will rotate in 2018.
On the other hand, if you don't plan taking the game seriously and you are playing it just for fun in your free time, I would say buying packs is a better option, assuming you still lack a lot of the classic set cards.
All in all adventures have the best cards/money ratio in the entire game, so keep that in mind when making your decision.
PS: I hope you have understood all what I said and I apologize for all my grammar mistakes, because I'm not a native speaker and this is hard for me :P
I am an old Magic the Gathering player i will definetly play this seriously. I love the fact that, unlike an MMO, i dont have to play 50h/week to be competitive. And i intend to play Ranks only since the Casual is too easy.
In my 1st month i was around Rank18 with a mage until i made a Midrange hunter. Made it 14!! Woot.
Well, it depends what you mean with 'worth it'. Karazhan will rotate out in a year or so, so that will mean a whole year of playing where you won't have access to the cards from Karazhan - unlike other cards, adventure cards cannot be crafted.
I started playing almost a year ago, and I bought the two adventures available at that time, Blackrock Mountain and League of Explorers (both have rotated out now), and I don't regret it at all. A year (well, 10 months really) is a long time to not have access to cards everyone else seems to have access to. Not having those cards also kept me from playing a lot of decks I wanted to try. So I bought them with real money - packs (both Classic and Expansion) I bought with gold, slowly but steadily growing my collection. Also, fighting the adventure bosses was a lot of fun for me, new to the game as I was.
Long story short: I was in the same position as you a year ago, I bought the adventure and I would do it again despite the fact that the cards rotated out :)
It is worth it even if you plan to disenchant them when they rotate to wild as there are 5 legendaries in there, dust wise it is a good investment and if you are going to play wild then you will have those cards, most of them are ok so I don't see any reason not to buy Karazhan.
BUY it, even if it rotates and you stick to standart the ratio of price to dust is great if you disenchant them next rotation, there are good cards in there to keep playing the next 10 months, I don't think you will get that amount of value by spending the same amount in packs.
All and all, One Night in Karazghan wasn't just fun to play, it was also one of the best card-investment - no Pity timer : 5 Legendaries for sure! 10/10 would buy again!
In my opinion its tottaly worth it and I regret not buying leage of the explorers when i was in the same position as you back when i started HS in december. Of course it also depends on your financial situation though.

If you play Mage, then yes. All other classes are fine without it. Bit of a hit not having Maelstrom Portal though.
Dibbity don't touch that!

Adventures are always fun, mate! It is absolutely worth trying!
Are you playing mage or priest?
If so, worth it.
Priest of the feast and gasp, purify are important cards.

"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"better invest in Un'Goro + classic. Better plan in long term
