Everybody thinks Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is a really bad card. And it's true. It is definitely the worst old god in the set and maybe it's one of the worst legendary ever. I was thinking a bit how could we use it. The only way is why I want to include it into my deck is simple: play it instead of pressing concede button. Why? Why not! What could happen? I'm going to lose the match its just a wierd chance to come back. Is it worth -1 slot from our deck? Absolutely not, but could be fun.
By the way: This card was made for Trolden clips. It is really sad to see Blizzard want to decrease the "esport" factor with these full RNG cards. :/

Aaaand I have 99 skills, but the english language ain't one. :D
Oddly enough, despite being Hopes End, this card could really give you some hope in an almost certain loss situation. I don't think you can count on it to do anything specific, just drastically impact the current situation (for better or worse).
I personally love the card. Not everyone has a stick up their butt and will only play Standard competitively. I plan to experiment with this card in both formats to have a blast with.

This card isn't "decreasing the "esport" factor" (whatever the hell that is). esport Bros just want include a heavy RNG card in their decks.
Sure this card might lose you some games, but it can win too.
As stated before, despite being called "Hope's end" and as OP said instead of conceding you play him, who knows what will happen? he might kill you (you die anyway) or he might just completely turn the game around since he can cast any spells, he can give you secrets (iceblock) heal you, damage your opponet, destroy the opponent's secrets, preparation (so that you can play a 3 mana spell), flamestrike... and of course he can pyro you in the face.
1 thing is for sure I will include him in my heavy spell decks. ;D
Confirmed this card is absolute garbage. As soon as I saw it, I nearly uninstalled Hearthstone on instinct. Based on trial and error, I can indeed confirm this card is the worst card ever made. We are witnessing the death of Hearthstone, friends.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Still crafting this bad boy and going to laugh my ass off as it goes off.
Everyone against this card takes this game waaaaay too seriously. Unless your making money off Hearthstone, the thing to remember is it's a game and games are meant to be fun.
Not every card needs to be a Spike card, you know. If they have to make every card a Spike card, the expansion size would be about 30 instead of 130. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this card, and in no way does it decrease the eSports factor, as long as it remains unplayable competitively. Huge swing RNG cards are only a problem if they are actually good.
I actually think the card is good, if not very good. Because most of the spells benefit the caster no matter what, and this guy has a chance to play 10-20 spells in one turn, I think it's more of a instant concede for the opponent...

I absolutely love this card. It fits the Old Gods theme perfectly, a great old one is summoned and all hell breaks loose. It is not supposed to be competitive, just fun.
There are a lot of spells that can only be good for you.
If you get stuff like avenging wrath, flamestrike, blizzard, or basically any secret, its going to be good.
I think it needs to be tested, i guess it will only be a fun card and not competitive. But i could be wrong. How many spells that can only help you are there, compared to spells that can hurt you if targeted incorrectly?
Around 43% of current spells strictly are positive (or neutral) for you. This does not include Druid spells or any choose 1 spells because I didn't realize that Yogg randomly selected one at the time. With those included, it might be as high as 45-48% of all cards are strictly positive. Another 40% of cards have a 50/50 of being good or bad, so it could roughly be estimated that 66% of spells that Yogg plays are positive (or neutral).

+10000 you make my day.
It's going to be a blast in Miracle Rogue. Can;t wait to try it.
Why you say it is that bad? Competitive surely not, but fun...

People who refuses to play aggro out of principle are even worse than people who play exclusively aggro.
One should seek to become a complete player and play all archetypes, including ones that he despises for whatever irrational reasons.
