You can try a Gather Your Party or x2 in place of Woecleaver (and maybe something else), and just save it for when it would be most impactful. Oondasta might end up being cut anyway because it has consistency issues -- Especially since she is a second card after Hakkar that sometimes takes up a whole turn (and yes... you still sometimes have to cast from hand). Garrosh is a blanket control card. While nice, Dr.Boom is more important, so Garrosh won't be as missed.
So of your list, the only card that I think is an absolutely must craft is Akali, the Rhino, largely due to the busted things you can do, pulling copies of Herself or Zilliax
For What its worth, here's a wildly different version I am kicking around that might make it into the final write-up:
Woecleaver was one of my favourite crafts. While it will be rotating out soon, you can play so many crazy decks with it that it's probably worth a craft anyway (especially if you play wild at all).
But by the same token, for someone who isn't looking to craft a legendary just before it rotates out, Gather Your Party can be a modest replacement. It won't be the advantage engine that Woecleaver is, filtering cards out of your deck over 3 turns... but it can at least give you a for a one-time-use to set up Hakkar (or something else) and still have mana up for another effect.
I have considered Direhord alongside Oondasta for the beast synergy, but it is already suffering from a bit of unwieldiness (and I might end up cutting Oondasta because of it). There is definitely some synergy there, but I think pushing into beast synergy is going in the wrong direction. Akali and Oondasta work because they both have rush, and Akali pulls from the deck (not the hand).
That said it might be something for the tempo list, if Oondasta stays in.
Deck and write-up updated to a new more tempo friendly. Woecleaver and Oondasta are out. There is some room to get Woecleaver back in if desired, but Oondasta was creating too many stalls to keep in the current iteration.
The original list is spoiler-preserved for anyone that still wants access to that version.

Important ones: Woecleaver, Akali, the Rhino, Oondasta and Scourgelord Garrosh (the only Hero Legendary I'm missing in my collection LUL).
Unfortunately I miss Akali, the Rhino [/card], [card]Oondasta, Woecleaver and Scourgelord Garrosh... I guess I can only miss the last?

I just replied to a similar issue. Akali first, the rest are negotiable.

I ran a similar deck with a MUCH more defensive focus. It includes Da Undatakah and two Direhorn Hatchlings along with double Dead Man's Hands so that you can constantly shuffle Undatakah and Direhorn Matriarchs into your deck, while shuffling Corrupted Blood into both.
