Sup guys. I mostly play arena and started laddering late in the season. Just hit legend on US for the first time and wanted to share my deck, as I faced a fair amount of mirror matches between rank 5 and 1, but have seen very few control priests in the legend ranks. I climbed to rank 5 with a mix of priest, hunter, warrior, ramp druid and handlock. The competition gets a lot tougher at 5 and up so I decided to stick to my favourite deck and the one I know best. Went from 5 to legend in a couple of days with this deck, it's super viable at the moment and generally destroys the meta.
It's basically your standard control priest with two small but important changes. I have a Sen'jin instead of a second Belcher which makes a huge difference against hunter, zoo, druid and to a lesser extent warrior. Being able to slow down hunter and zoo one turn earlier regularly wins me games, and being able to curve out well and put pressure on druid and warrior is also very nice.
Second is a tech choice I've seen a couple of other priests make on the ladder, Harrison in for Ysera. Pretty obvious, loads of hunter and warrior at the moment and a few shamans. I initially ran Ooze for a while but Harrison is far and away the better option.
Any questions or suggestions, fire away. I'm definitely no pro and have a lot to learn, but I feel like I understand control priest on a pretty deep level. I can also write up a proper guide if there's any interest.
So for whatever reason I seem to be the only person who plays control priest and has issues with hunter. I play almost the same deck you have here except another Sludge Belcher instead of Sen'jin, an ooze instead of Harrison, and a second Holy Nova instead of SW:P.
Basically it seems every time I face hunter I get all 5/6 drops and MC so I don't play anything until those turns and by that point I am overwhelmed. Hunter gets Huffer whenever I have an empty board and Leokk every time he has a few spiders on the board. A lot of time I'll also be in a tough position with a trap I don't want to activate.
Almost every other class I match up well against. I've been playing Priest for months, well before the hunter meta with 465 ranked wins usually finishing the season at rank 3-5. I really just want to get to 500 ranked wins and would be nice to get legend (although probably won't happen this season).
Hey guys, appreciate the response. I don't think there's much point writing a guide at the moment as with GvG out soon it may become largely irrelevant. Also I'm laddering with other decks this season to try and improve other areas of my game, so the priest is on the backburner for now.

SUP!
Congratulations. I would be interested in seeing a guide.
