I was facing an Astral Communion druid today, and he got off a turn 2 AC, turn 3 North Sea Kracken, so things were looking pretty good for him. However, his deck was weak, and he played poorly (plus he spammed "Well Played" every ten seconds ever since his turn 2, but that's neither here nor there). In the end, he would have beaten me with his barrage of fat minions, but for one fatal mistake: Violet Wurm. I wiped his board with Vanish, killing the wurm and filling it with 1/1's. As such, he couldn't play any of his big bois, since I didn't play anything for him to trade them into. I proceeded to wear him down with Kingsbane.
Andre, wherever you are, I hope you learned a valuable lesson about deckbuilding, overconfidence, and BM'ing.
I'm just kidding, this sounded like a lot of fun for you
It was :) I sometimes feel bad playing Mill Rogue, since it's the definition of uninteractive despair, but it feels great to beat down BM'ers who thought they had it in the bag, especially if they make a big mistake
I clicked the thread thinking that this was going to be an insightful discussion about some hidden aspect of Violet Wurm, instead I'm treated to the petty tale of a player wallowing in their own crapulence. So disappointing.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
He was probably hoping for a savage roar combo.

I don't care what deck my opponent is playing, if they emote every 10 seconds, they deserve to lose. Good job
How did the Wurm die? (Since Vanish does not kill it).
Why is this in the "Card Discussion" sub-forum and not in "My Unicorn Diary"?^^
Be it as it may, you seem to have had an enjoyable experience, so yea ... good for you. :D
Okay, I'll take care then.
