Hi everybody and thanks for tuning in!
I just reached rank five today (Oct. 13) with Elemental Shaman starting at rank 15, with a win/loss of 30/4. Because of this unholy score, I had to share the deck with you.
Between rank 10 and 5, I had zero losses
To play this deck, you need to optimize your plays. If the opponent has no minions on board on his turn 2, consider using your hero power to discount Thing from Below over playing Jade Claws, which will slow down your next turn and keep your Thing from Below at 6 mana.
Your Ancestral Spirits preferably go on Earth Elemental, and this works really nicely. Beware of silences.
When playing this deck, you will notice that you're unconsciously swarming the board with big stuff, keeping your opponents board clear. This deck does this naturally, and that's where the power is.
I will gladly write a large guide if people want one!
Deck Showcase by: KiwiinBacon.
He didn't have the second Earth Elemental in his collection, which he substited by a devolve in this showcase. Thanks for the video!

Sorry for the late reply, I wasn't able to get to my PC. Devolve/ Blazecaller (second) are better suggestions :)
Would'nt Spirit Echoalso be a good addition to this deck? Would grant u alot of value.
Lol just beat this deck twice with Big Priest on the ladder at rank 9. Its probably just cause i mulliganed and got barnes both times but this deck still has some pretty big weaknesses
You're actually bragging about winning with a top tier netdeck against something that's off meta? Congratulations on your 2 wins. And playing Barnes on curve is almost an instant win with Big Priest, it's the whole point of the deck.
How is big priest meta? Highlander Priest is meta, but I haven't seen big priest in over a month. I wouldn't call a deck that is none existant a top tier meta deck. Yes getting branes is really good for big priest, but all he is trying to say with a demonstration that this deck is not good against a lot of big minions. I wouldn't even call that bragging.
I agree Razakus Priest is definitely a tier above Big Priest, but I'd still call Big Priest a meta deck. It's no worse than tier 2 in this meta, just like Pirate warrior (so glad this deck has been taken down a tier), token druid, evolve shaman, etc. I've seen it frequently enough this past month, but everyone gets different deck occurrences in their queue.
Maybe the guy I responded to wasn't bragging about his 2 wins, but it seemed like he was to me, which I thought was silly given that this deck isn't on anyone's list of the top 3 or 4 tiers of decks. That's no offense to this deck. I like to make off-meta decks that are probably tier 5, if that. The fun is that you have to play them perfectly in order to win a lot. The winning isn't built in like it is with Big Priest getting Barnes on curve.
While we're on the subject of Big Priest, I do think it would benefit from a hex and/or devolve over maybe 1 lightening storm and 1 ancestral spirit. Because then they can't eternal servitude after you kill the 1/1 version of a big minion, and they can only Barnes once. I don't think the fact that hex got nerfed by 1 mana should really matter that much because you only really want to use it on a big, late game, minion anyway. Make sure you don't devolve a board with Barne's 1/1 minion still alive though or you're gonna have a bad time. Devolve is also great when the minions on the board are buffed up like by Prince Keleseth. Lightening storm and ancestral spirit are just the two cards off the top of my head that I would consider removing for these. I haven't played the deck enough to know if those are the optimal cards to swap out.
My bad if it seemed that I was bragging, just wanted to put in my two cents on the deck. Ive ran into it a couple times more and its pretty good. Sorry if I triggered you
"Triggered" implies I was mad about what you wrote. I was just responding to something I thought was silly.
Hey just went from rank 7 and 2 stars to rank 5 without dropping a game, beat 3 jade druids, razakus priest, ctrl mage, and tempo rogue.
For people saying the ancestral spirit is bad, there are plenty of good targets to use it on, it doesnt have to be a 2-card combo with earth elemental, you can also use it on Aya, or any big minion to retain tempo (big jades, fire eles, discovered big elementals), it's pretty flexible in the list.
Thanks a lot for the list.
what can i use to replace bloodmage thanlos?
I'm sorry, but the best suggestion is a different deck unfortunately :(
hey, nice deck! I am missing Kalimos and thalnos :/ 2x devolve as replacement or any other suggestions?
kalimos is a must have for this
Ouch, Aya pretty insane in this deck (or any Jade deck). It will be a big dent in this deck's WR if you play it without Aya, but try a Blazecaller or a Devolve.
Any replacement for Kalimos?
Not really, but devolve is the go-to replacement.
I replace it with [card]Blazecaller[/card] and it worked well.
Thanks for sharing this deck. Indeed, although it's early times, I've already gone 6-1 (86%) from Rank 9 to 7, beating out both Highlander Priest and Tempo Rogue! I did swap out Jade Spirit for Tol'vir, for the extra taunt effect, but it doesn't have too huge of an impact anyway. Thanks again!
Same issue just got slammed on ladder between 10-5, not that strong against paladin, destroyed by mage and loses a lot to priest. Rouge aswell if they have any burst. Without the devolve you get destroyed by paladin aswell
Another 80%+ WR bullshit deck
