Reached Legend today with this list.

Against control you stall till you get a big combo with Velen+mirage+Mind blast+shadow reaper hero power, and you win the game.

Against aggro you just stay alive and win.

Against midrange you have some big boardclears to stay alive and win.

 

Deck is strong against: Any Hunter, Any shaman,  Any rogue, Any warlock, Any Druid, Almost every control deck in the game.

50/50 against: Most paladins, other OTK decks, pirate warrior.

Hard match ups: Highlander priests (with Yshaarj), Naga Giants decks, Tempo mage and exodia mage (Tech in eater of secrets if you face a lot of tempo mag) (and maybe a dirty rat if you face a lot of exodia decks, including mirror matches against other OTK priests.

Priest just has a lot of good cards. You cant include them all. The list I present here got me to legend with a winrate of 67% measured from rank 4 to legend +-400. Give it a try!
