Hello sexy people of the Light!
First priest deck I'm posting, hope you'll like it. It's a mixed midrange variation using mechs and spells. Or as the title says: Spell Mech Priest. It's fairly budget friendly. You can both upgrade some cards or sub out some for lower cost cards, but the main concept will remain pretty strong and fun :)
Who are you ghastly figure, posting non-control Priesterino decks?
PyroDoge, a 27 year old Dutch guy who prefers crafting & playing a variety of decks & new concepts for every hero in the game. I prefer fun over the grind and helping as many people possible that want to get to rank 5, legend or just a personal best as fast and best as possible. Through my decks, Twitch and YouTube I will try and help modify and improve your play regarding your experience, available dust, gold etcetera.

What do we want? 'Golden Priest!'. When do we want it? 'ASAP!'
The first deck I've posted on Heartpwn was my Mech Rampage Warrior Deck, which you can find here: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/359910-s22-mech-rampage
It got a great deal of positive response and the thing many of you liked was getting a budget friendly, different style of play from a class that's so focussed on Control mainly.
That's why I wanted to make a sort of similar version for Priest and this is the one I currently like a lot and I hope you will too.

Tell us about the deck Dude, or uh, his Dudeness, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing
This deck derives from a few elements: Mechs, Spells, a little bit of Burst, Midrange, Control and yes even Aggro when your curve is just that badass. Does that make no sense? Okay, moving on.
GAME PLAN:
You have a good way of creating an early, competitive board with your mechs, from there out buff them, or use your removal to keep the board. When your opening hand isn't filled with Mechs, no problem because you still have the strong Northshire Cleric to turn your gameplan into a good amount of draw. Now draw is important and you should realise this, because this is another big strength of the Priest class. Having many answers/cards in your hand to make a suitable, proper play is something you mainly find due to the Warlock Hero Power. But with Northshire Cleric and Power Word: Shield you can really stack up in a deck that isn't meant to go too much into late game. Whether your opening is a strong one with mechs, or with draw, or you had a bad draw and you're behind from the start, analyse where you're at and how to proceed from there. The main goal is board control in the early game till the late game and then finish, otherwise playing it more as a control deck and wait for your moment to take back the board from a weak start. The Priest Hero Power is fun in this deck cause it can save your board from time to time :)
Understand your position in the game
This deck can work strong from the early turns, but as I said, there will also be games where you will have to be patient and be conservative with your mana and cards. Do not blindly throw your mechs on the board to be sure you made a play, when they're just gonna get rekt. You have some good control spells to punish an overextending opponent.
Mulligans
Mechs and/or Draw
In general: Cogmaster, into Mechwarper or Annoy-o-Tron into Spider Tank. Do NOT keep Shrinkmeister
Early Removal: Shadow Word: Pain
On coin & good curve: keep Piloted Shredder
One-Drop in starter hand, no follow-up: Keep Power Word: Shield
Good starter hand with Cleric: Keep Northshire Cleric, keep Power Word: Shield

- Upgraded Repair Bot for Loatheb
- Lightbomb / Holy Nova / Shadow Word: Death for Entomb

I don't like this deck & I think you're an asshole!

This deck is really fun to play. So far Im on a 5 win streak, 2 beast hunter, 1 freeze mage, 1 control priest. All concedes before turn 7. Thanks for the great deck!
This deck looks like a lot of fun. It's actually perfect for me to try my hand at priest, since I have a fair base of mechs and don't have the budget to do a classic control priest. Thanks!
ever think about adding gorrila a-3 bot
Too slow man. If you play it against aggro you will be dead before u can play the discovered mech
Why the holy smite and mindblasts?
Lol I changed the 2 Mindblast and the Holy Smite for Fjola Lightbane , a Museum Curator and a Thoughtsteal and I havnt lost a game :) 9-0 so far :D
Yes it is. Went without a loss from rank 18 to 14, and still I cant be beaten
update: 13-1, and the one loss was because of reno :(
Great deck just subbed Shrinkmeister and Shadow Madness for 2x Deathlord doing well so far for me.
