Stan said on his stream, that Dark Peddler is good, but he is preferring to tap instead of playing peddler.

Also is possible to change Spellbreaker to Kezan Mystic if you are facing lot of freeze mages.

Your win condition is in most of times Lord Jaraxxus, so it is really difficult to replace him.  Another keystone of this deck is Reno Jackson, what a surprise :), he is the reason why all cards are in deck only 1x. Also you need as much removals as possible, that is the reason of playing Demonwrath, Soulfire and Twisting Nether. Twisting Nether is awesome card, that give you possibility to comeback, usually is very good turn before/after Reno Jackson.
