Greetings
This deck is very cheap to make and provides consistent winning results. I was playing this deck for quite some time and it proved well even at higher ranks (5-).
If you are not limited by your budget, there are few great replacements (I am using these myself) for you.
Loot Hoarder for Bloodmage Thalnos
Argent Commander for Edwin VanCleef
Argent Commander for Leeroy Jenkins
Dexterity Flow is very strait forward deck and its not difficult to play, but you still need to keep in mind few basic things:
1.) Be aware of AoE capabilities of your opponent.
2.) Don't waste key spells like Eviscerate, Cold Blood etc.
3.) Be careful with using your hero ability.
4.) Be BM to hunters, cuz they deserve it! (/joke)

I'm curious on why you are choosing Sunfury over Defenders. What is your reasoning behind that?
Even with the nerf Pagle just got, would you keep it in this deck?
Pagle is now completely useless for this deck.
Can Sylvanas Windrunner fit in this deck in replace of say Dark Iron Dwarf or Gnomish Inventor
Sure, try her and let me know. She seems little bit too slow for this deck but who knows,
Just tried it out and I'm destroying everyone in the 20-18 rank range after the reset. When you play this deck, it seems like everything is going OK, and then you look down and it's turn 5 and your opponent has 6 health left. I didn't have a couple of the cards, so I swapped out one SI:7 and one Argent Commander for a Patient Assassin and Perdition's Blade. Perdition's Blade is a great addition if you have it. I actually took out one of the Leper Gnomes so I could have an extra blade.
I was playing a bit with this deck lately and got to rank 5, so I guess its still viable. People underestimate rouges.
Nice potential. Went 4-0 with it (rank 16) then lost to a Mage deck with Cairne into Faceless. TT
So I didn't own Edwin, but I decided to give this deck a try. I replaced Edwin with a singleton Sprint. It's honestly surprised me quite a bit. With the low curve you can still Combo out and Eviscerate, SI:7 Agent, or Defias Ringleader after the sprint. It's also a good card to drop later in the game once you're starting to run out of gas in your hand. I've noticed a lot of times that without sprint going into turn 11 or 12 I'm usually running low on cards in hand, but so is my opponent, so it's definitely not a flaw in the deck, but something that I've found I can use as a bit of a surprise refresh late in the game. I've lost 2 games out of 10-15 tonight, however I just started playing ranked this evening, so I'm only Rank 19 currently. I plan to possibly make a few more tweaks to this deck and see. Hopefully I'll have enough dust for an Edwin shortly, as I'd like to try him in the deck.
I've never lost to a Meta Druid with this deck. However Warlock Murlocks beats me every time.
Every time? Seriously now. Personally, I face murlocs quite a lot and when my draws are not terrible, they are not too hard to beat (My second highest win rate is against locks). Seems like lot of times I stabilize at like 15 or 10 hp and then they just burnout and die. There is lot of direct damage in this deck, keeping board clear is not too hard. But I mean sure, when they somehow manage to swarm board it's game over. It's one of those match-ups where every single move matters, I actually find it quite fun.
I had lot of sucess with this deck, thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your comment, you made some interesting points.
What rank are you? I received messages from several people that Dexterity Flow is still great in todays meta (actually my friend got to legendary with this exact deck).
-As I said, Edwin is not required and Blood Knight seem like OK-ish replacement, but i would still go for something more reliable (I guess you could buff it with your own squires or something like that). I love Edwin because I can decide how strong he will be. When I am against priest I can just buff him once (4/4 for 3 mana is still worth it), When I am against shaman and he used both of his hexes I am gonna buff as much as i can, When I know that opponent has big game hunter I will just buff him twice etc. etc
- Defias seems like too good value to miss out on . Surprisingly enough, I rarely got problems with big taunts but sap seems like cool solution for few situations, I will think about it.
- Ok, i don't get this one. I never felt like I need AoE just because there is so much direct/surprise damage in this deck (hero power/poison, backstab. eviscerate, SI:7 Agent, argus, dark iron dwarf, argent commander...). Most of the times it's very easy to keep board clear. Argus is good just for his buffs + taunt is often times essential in current meta (murlocs, hunters).
- Seems like this would be kamikaze deck. 3 weapons, no taunt, no heal and you cant always go for face as rouge. And keep in mind that games can be pretty long with this deck.
- Cold blood is cool but I don't know if necessary, i will try using them.
Maybe you just had bad luck or something. I rarely have need for rushing opponent down (most of the time game ends long after turn 10 for me)
Warriors are no problem after recent nerf (But i would keep that ooze in deck cuz of them :D). OTK is dead and gone and most of the time warrior cant go face cuz of threads on board. Control warriors are also manageable. Yesterday i managed to beat DuckwingFACE on stream, he was using 13k dust legendary deck (its here on hearthpwn, search control warrior, its by NoxHearthstone), and it wasn't even close.
Yeah, shamans are hard! You need to keep clearing the board (you never know, bloodlust is broken :D) and at the same time try to play around AoEs, it's rough (but still around 60% w/l atm).
Anyway, you made some cool changes, I will play around a bit with it and will let you know if I change my mind or something.
Hey,
So, I played few (like 30) games using your changes and yes, win rate seemed fine (so obviously they are not bad) but i guess we are just different kind of players. Deck is much more aggressive (Leeroy required) with these changes, thats cool but not really what I was aiming to do with Dex. Flow. Maybe in some another deck :) .
I also ran into troubles like only having spells in my hand or when i had combos in which i could use them i just emptied my hand (lot of very cheap spells) and then i just slowly burned out. And god, I really dislike bladeflury and Assassins blade (in constructed) but everyone else seems to love them so I guess its just a weird personal preference :D.
Meta seems overall pretty rough for rouges right now.
I am planning on doing some changes in this deck, some of which thanks to your ideas (so cheers mate!).

Good value deck
I don't think the DID is necessary I would go with another SSC
That's valid option for sure. But i really like DID in there, it's good to have another tougher creature + some surprise damage.
Nice deck, that mana curve is good enough for any Rogue to drool over.
