Hi!
This deck is an extremely fun to play, and it's my take on the mill rogue.
Card choices:
1 Prep? - Two reasons: 1. I don't have the second copy. 2. If you don't combo it well, it kind of sits in your hand for the whole game.
1 Deadly Poison? - Anti aggro measures. Why not 2? Unlike the mill rogues before gvg, this deck doesn't run an assassin's blade, nor does it run a blade flurry.
Eviscerate? - Excellent for reaching that lethal when you're starting fatigue
Antique Healbot? - My choice of healing in the fatigue game, rather than Voodoo Doctors, or Earthen Ring Farseers. A better ratio of health restored to mana.
Gang Up? - You basically only want to use this on only 3 minions. Coldlight Oracle, Antique Healbot, and Deathlord. Healbot and Deathlord should be against aggro decks, such as face hunter.
Playstyle
Generally, you want to play defensively against aggro decks. This means not being afraid to burn your hand to create a huge VanCleef, and using Vanish to vanish your defensive minions back to your hand. Deathlord and Healbot really anchors you here.
Against control decks, just try to mill. Almost never should you leave out an oracle on the field. Bounce it back to your hand. Early game cards like Backstab, Deadly Poison, and S1:7 Agent are for board control early game.

change your deck instructions after you have removed cards man. you still speak of how awesome vancleef is and he has been removed.
just deleted this deck. no consistency, its a mess. dont make decks because you are missing cards. you need 2 preps for a mill deck. re work it and re post. your welcome :)
I have the same question. is it possible to add prep and king mukla in this deck?
I don't own King Mukla. You can add it if you want.
I don't recommend adding another preparation, as it can just sit there in your hand if you don't use it well. Mukla is fine.
As annoying as face hunter to play against, another reason not to play Hearthstone. Really happy that I am losing interest in the game, hoping to break away from it soon.
What do you usually want in your starting hand?
Against control decks, mulligan everything for Coldlight Oracle, and possibly Emperor Thaurissan. If you have the Oracle, look for early game minions (3 mana cost minions) and bounces (shadowstep, brewmaster).
Against aggro: backstab, deathlord, healbot, poison, dancing swords.
This deck will not get you past rank 19 what so ever.
What someone could use to replace the Clockwork Giants?
Sludge Belchers?
Ty. I love watching those cards burn with this deck.
mountain giants
Oh, what I wanted to say is that the Belchers worked Lol. And it's nice too see the oponent cards burn.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Gang up will make those Kind of decks much more viable; )
Indeed it will, and I think it has.
What would you replace VanCleef with?
Mechanical Yeti? It takes up a card in the opponent's hand when it dies.
shade of naxx
I replaced it with Emperor Thaurissan. It works great
