Hello everyone!

First of all, this is a fun deck, it might work and it might not.. your winning condition is about 50/50, and depends a lot on your draws and the early game.

Early Game:
You equip Dragon Soul, have a Radiant Elemental on board (not necessary) and spam those spells while generating a couple ofDragon Spirit. If you weren't lucky enough to draw Dragon Soul early then you may use the spells to help you survive and keep clearing the board.

Mid Game:
You want to have your weapon equipped already or in hand, and by now you should have a Radiant Elemental that died which can be resurrected to help you recover after a board clear which should be easy considering the mana cost of most of the spells.

Late Game:
By now your opponent should be overwhelmed trying to keep up with your board given that you had a good early game. after your opponent manages to clear your board or fill his board. You wanna play Lyra the Sunshard, resurrect a Radiant Elemental or two, the more you had already or play the more dragons and spells you gonna play. This should help you fill board and clear board if you get the spells you need or if you have them in hand already. Also, it keeps your hand rich with spells.

in case your opponent kills Lyra the Sunshard or fully clear board again by trading or whatever the way. You now wanna play your Lesser Diamond Spellstone which will resurrect Lyra the Sunshard , a Radiant Elemental, and a Dragon Spirit. and you should have spells to try to squeeze in another Dragon Spirit or more depending on mana cost of them.

Spells:
1 x Shadow Essence is used to bring out a Lyra or a Radiant Elemental
1 x Mass Dispel Is a two for one, draw a card and to shut down any big walls. An example would be a N'Zoth, the Corruptor summoning a couple of Voidlord while you had lethal on board. or any big taunts. 
2 x Resurrect is mainly used to resurrect a Radiant Elemental on early game, but it can hit a Lyra or a 5/5 dragon and all of them are favorable.
2 x Mind Vision no need to talk explain this card but be aware of playing copied minions as it will ruin your resurrections cards.
1 x Unidentified Elixir is a really great card with all its variations. best two for the deck would be Elixir of Hope and Elixir of Shadows.

The rest of the spells are self-explanatory.

Rummaging Kobold; Given the fact that this deck is heavily reliant on Dragon Soul. Your weapon getting destroyed is a huge setback. Therefore this minion battlecry could be essential in the deck. I have yet to see people running minions with battlecry: destroy your opponent weapon, but when I do then I will consider including this minion.

Other Cards to consider / Subsitution

-1 Lesser Diamond Spellstone / +1 Arcane Giant: Reason behind this is that by the late game it will cost 0 mana. to flip the scales after board clear maybe.

-1 Mass Dispel / +1 Gadgetzan Auctioneer: The deck lacks card draw, this card will help a lot to cycle through your spells. If you have a Radiant Elemental on board it would be super!

-1 Flash Heal / +1 Priest of the Feast: This card could be used as way to recover from a bad early game in the mid or late game.

-1 Holy Nova / +1 Shadowreaper Anduin: could deal up to 10 damage per turn depending on spells and how many Radiant Elemental on board. Dont forget the 5 armor and destroy all +5 attack minions. Could make a huge comeback.

Important!

Before you go about replacing those spells, you have to consider the other spells in the deck. Having minions other than Lyra the Sunshard and Radiant Elemental will without doubt break your chain of resurrction. As I said before, its all about constantly reviving Lyra the Sunshard and Radiant Elemental whilist generating Dragon Spirit. The only Safe card to include is Shadowreaper Anduin.

Some games you don't even need the weapon. Overwhelming the opponent and board control is the key to winning. Against a Razakus/Dragon OTK Priest, I burnt my weapon and kept resurrecting Lyra with her elementals to a win.
