YEAH, MEMUNTER ALL THE WAY
If they gave hunter some kind of early game secret draw or discover then this might be very strong. As it stands I'm not sure hunter can survive the early game with a minionless deck, as they have literally no way to draw additional cards to keep their options open. Tracking will be vital to fish for the perfect removal option, but if they don't get tracking they will have to play with whatever they topdeck. This isn't good because a lot of the hunter spells are highly situational.
If hunter can consistently survive until they get Deathstalker Rexxar then the deck will definitely be fun to play, but as it stands I don't think a minionless deck will have enough conistencey early game to be competitive, due to the aforementioned lack of card draw.
They really missed a good opportunity to make a really good and fun deck! If it said " IF your deck has less than 10 minions" :/

I love playing meme hunter decks, that goes into that description, so I'd like to see how this archetype will perform (probably not very well).

Sorry this just isn't a big enough reward for not playing minions. It might be good in the next expansion or two when there are more spells that support the no-minion hunter but now it will be a low tier deck. it might be fun I don't think it'll be very competitive.

i saw your positive enthusiasm about Rhok'delar and i would love if you want to play it i actually write about a guide (i all ready posted it without the text) and i also play it now since Knights of the Frozen Thron a lot but of course a bit different.
Here is my deck and i would love to here suggestions and any ideas to that deck :D When its playerbleble. Write it under the deckpage.
Just take everything that makes hunter a powerful class
and PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE

And here i was hoping for something i can use in my quest hunter since i don't have weapons there.
So, where to begin, both hunter legendary cards disappointed, the minion, too damn overpowered while not having any creativity in it, though i left a comment on that on its own page so I'll leave it at this; and so, the weapon, this could have actually been a thing if they thought it through a bit more, maybe make it more plausible by having it work if you have to say 5 or less minions in your deck, so you'd have those main spell interaction ones like Malygos, Yogg, Thalnos, Putricide and potentially Saraad, and maybe even some other powerful high value ones like Ysera or LK, card draw cycling ones like loot hoarder or maybe some minion with card generation. Either way, despite something like the power creep secret on Bear Trap, Wandering Monsters was it, or the extremely overpowered Spellstone which with an easy upgrade of just playing a trap while it is in your hand twice can end up giving you a 12/12 over 4 bodies for 5. They have spells which are quite decent value, they have their generators too including this, Hunter hero card and several minion generators, this was indeed a creative and interesting enough idea, if only they didn't restrict it so much, it might've been something grand with the very first 5 minions i noted, especially with the ability to get multiple ones of them with the discover a minion from your deck minion we got oh so recently. Well, that's really the gist of it, I'll expect the occasional highlight from time to time but this archetype is just too lacking to ever be anything other than frustrating unless they decide to reduce the minion restriction to 5 or something of the like. What a shame.

I think you need to run Flanking Strike in that deck.

I would replace arcane shot with flanking strike. I think flanking strike is an excellent card in any midrange/tempo deck because it is well bundled. I compare it to imp-losion as it takes the average result and make them into a single body 3/3 with the beast tag. That card saw a lot of play in a class that has many efficient removal spells. So I think Flanking Strike in Hunter will be an absolute must use.
