I see it being useful as a catchup card, given that with the enemy having a full board the chances of them hitting your face or the mayor are small. Then again, I feel that he costs a bit too much. I'd be happier if he was a seven drop.

Embrace the rng cards... This will make so many trolden videos xd
Perma Yogg
The first time I lost to a V-07-TR-0N I was not sad but even happy and excited because it was a rare fun thing to happen. I think the same would happen with this card to me. This on a crowded board would be a total chaos! Definitely want to see that.
A great card for randuin deck.
Noggchamp
if only this costed 4 or 5 mana then it might have a shot sadly blizzard hates fun all of a sudden. i wish this was an auto include in every deck. it would be so much more fun than unplayable 9 mana 4 drop
Stealth
People keep saying this will counter freeze mage.
Maybebut doesnt the secret stealing card sort of do the same thing for a lot less mana?
So its a 9 mana loetheb with 1 less health. (only reason why I would compare this to Loatheb is because of its capability of effing over freeze mage, which would be the main reason why it would be run).
The combination of the text, the character they chose and the art is just perfect on this one. This must be one of the most atmospheric cards ever printed.
Ah finally we meet The Boogeymonster of this expansion!
*It randomly hits your own face*
Play this turn 9 and have it survive. Turn 10 play Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and watch as the real chaos unfolds as Yog cast 3 Pyroblast at your opponent's face only to be redirected to your own face.
Seems pretty decent. What makes it powerful is its ability to stay alive more easily because using burn on it isnt guaranteed to work. A comparable card, mogor the ogre, had a much better body for the cost, but could be dealt with easily with burn. That is not the case here. Also I wonder if this card works like yogg choosing random targets in that if one casts a spell that only works against enemy minions, and you also have this card on your side, the spell will not hit this card because he doesnt meet the qualifications of being an enemy. If that was true, and if this card became a thing, it might push for hard removal or burn that can only target enemy minions, thus increasing the odds you'd be able to answer it.
It would be great if it also RNG secrets as well.
Like, freeze mage uses Iceblock and the opponent gets it instead.
Lol, but secrets don't have targets.
How do you kill that which has no target?
