murloc’s name is Luca Brasi
this + Whirlwind = 3-cost Flamestrike
if any one wonders what the art joke is about
this murloc only has one point of health which means he cant be damged without already dying which means this card wont kill him just like you cant drown a murloc
Oh crap, thats a genius analisis.
The joke is only about you can't kill a Murloc drawing it, the 1 health part is overthought.
I had no idea that this card existed before Ben Brode mentioned the Fibonacci Control Warrior, which has two of them, and now this might be my favorite card art in the game.
if you don't understand the card name, you should go watch the Godfather. Like right now.
This card is actually good in Control Warrior. Can be comboed with Ravaging Ghoul and Revenge.
Has anyone actually tested this card? I haven't seen one warrior that isn't pirate which as you may expect don't run this card
This card has the best animation for a spell in the game! Coupled with Whirlwind and Ravaging Ghoul for Free Players, and Brawl, the warrior would have more efficient and cheap board clears!
Im not sure if this card is worth my dust.
the only somewhat resembles murloc card that warrior will ever get in an expansion!
arcane explosion + this = flame for 4 mana
it is a warrior card though so more like whirlwind + this = flame for 3 mana.
It will kill your own board to so whirlwind then this is vaguely like the soulpriest into circle of healing, except you dont get the 3 1 with a powerful efect.
I don't get the card flavour the effect doesn't seem to match the art..
Art shows either a Murloc Raider or a Tide hunter, they are both 2/1.
They can't be damaged or else they would have already been dead anyway. Thus the spell doesn't affect them at all.
Also, I assume murlocs can breath underneath water.
