This was really disappointing. I was hoping to see something new or interesting from the top players in NA, but instead we see the same crap on ladder. Whatever happened to the element of surprise? Amnesiac's Anyfin Paladin was so awesome to watch back in winter. Sad.
cant make everyone happy neckbeard
I like that we can already see decks. So we can try them out and then see how pro's play them. So we can see some good fights, because all know what they have. Who will have better strategy and luck.
When will it be on twitch?
I thought it was today.
Its this weekend
To quote Lord of the Rings: "The Age of Men is over. The time of the (SM)Orc has come."
Long live Midrange Hunter :-)
Oh, FWIW, in all the tournaments so far, Priest is 1-0.
Two of my three favorite classes completely skipped over. Perhaps this is why I'm playing mostly Wild. They just aren't all that good in Standard. And they gutted my third favorite class Druid; glad to see it present here.
It kinda amazes me that Blizzard tried soooo hard to give us a control Meta this expansion (just look at how many big minions there are), and yet they still managed to make 9 out of the 10 best decks Aggro by releasing a handful of stupidly powerful aggro cards?
I think that Shaman just got lots of love from the Old Gods expansion, and Blizz wants to make up the time for the class being in the trash tier throughout late 2014 and most 2015.
Hopefully, Priest will get the buff from the upcoming adventure/expansion soon.
At least there's more variety in warrior's decks. In this tournament all shaman decks are the aggro version (and the totem version is aggro too btw)
nope, totem is midrange mr. Butthurt
Come up with replacements for all priest cards, announce dragon knight class as next (free!) expansion, swap out all priest cards for newly designed dragon knight cards, make priest wild only if you have to keep it in the game at all.
I'm like 3/4 serious here.
Amazing how Paladin went from (secret) hero to zero in the space of one expansion. They are nowhere on the ladder, even more invisible than Priests. Murloc Pallies, Buff Pallies, N'Zoth Pallie... you have to go to Casual to see them, like visiting a zoo.
I'm not quite sure which rank you're playing, but i see N'Zoth Paladin quite often. I play it a lot as well, it's quite a fun deck.
Oh and please don't call secret Paladin 'hero', that was the most cancerous shit that ever happened to Hearthstone.
I think he meant "hero" as OP or over-played, not ad something positive for the game.
And I agree on paladin being underplayed, I faced like 5 paladins between rank 5 and legend last season
Wow, that's a lot of aggressive decks. Also the least archetype diversity, that's a shame.
Rip priests
