Slightly more balanced than standard right now.

If you need a budget deck for this, I recommend 'Shadow/Healing' Priest, dealing 8 to face for ~2 Mana is very effective.

Game bugs? I played OTK DH and still lost health even though I played a card with damage immunity

A year ago, with the release of Festival of Legends, a change was made to the "Costs Health instead of mana" effect where:

1. It's no longer considered damage, meaning cards like The Demon Seed no longer progress by playing cards such as Blood Treant
2. It costs Health regardless of your state. Immune, Divine Shield, have Armor, doesn't matter. If the card costs Health to play, you NEED to pay for it in Health, no way around it.
