I climbed to Legend with it, the player matters more than the deck ...

It depends, Venomstrike helps a lot in matchups like Priest where Explosive is basically useless. Explosive is very solid against Aggro, but Venomstrike isn't useless at all so that's fine as well. If you really face a lot of Aggro, as suggested in the guide Explosive Trap is a good pick as well ;)

Hmmm maybe bad luck about the starting hands, we need more than 5 games to call it a decent sample size. I don't know, I guess you followed the mulligan tips right ?
Otherwise, Rexxar is not too good in this deck, I'd recommend Leeroy more here ;)

Not facing too many Jade Druid, but it's usually very fine as they do nothing in the early game. Spreading Plague can be an issue after you play the Spellstone however

Yep pure luck on a 71 games sample size, good guess ;) That's also how pro players win anyway in this full RNG luck based game... Kappa

Hey Kiwiinbacon thanks for the feedback and sharing the video. I'm glad you always enjoy my Hunter decks :D As mulligan is always tricky with this deck I want to highlight some stuff for the other viewers in here :)

Game 1 : You shouldn't have kept Spellstone here, hoping for a secret on T2 to make it more value. Paladin is aggro in this meta, so you pretty much wanted to dig for drop 2, secrets, drop 3 etc.. Not focusing on the value of Spellstone. It ended up well for you as you drew a Secret afterward obviously so that was fine, but just as a guideline,

Game 2 : Obviously keeping 2x Corridor is crazy strong, although it's reliant on getting some early to enable some trades as Paladin is Aggro so maybe keeping only one was another option here, but I might have done the same and it turned out well with the Dire Mole draw. By the way, that come was pretty fun to watch xD

Game 3 : Nothing to add, keeping wandering monster was the play. That Cloaked Huntress draw was godlike btw lol

Not really, such a good card here. But if you don't have it, Bearshark should do the job pretty fine ;)
